The prosecutor's office confirms that during an inspection carried out by the Department of Communal Authorities of the KMDA, it was established that since 2011, LLC "Kinoman" "has been relentlessly pursuing the premises of the cinema for the production of its entrepreneurial activities."
“Zokrema, it is clear that the Kyiv City Council did not accept a decision about the lease of this lane to “Kinoman”. So, there is no need for daily court decisions to recognize the right of the designated partnership to operate the premises of the cinema,” according to the prosecutor’s office.
The prosecutor's office went to court with a call for the release of borrowing from the cinema. The court, based on data from the prosecutor's office, was satisfied with the positive attitude towards full-time engagement.
Apparently, LLC “Kinoman” is the legal holder of the municipal enterprise-cinema and the owner of the trademark “Zhovten”, and will ensure the ongoing organizational activities of the cinema.

In these words, since 2005, LLC "Kinoman" has been the leaseholder of the entire mine complex of the state utility enterprise "Cinema "Zhovten"" on the basis of a lease agreement, which was recognized by the decision of the Gospodarsky court places in Kiev and what they are until 2020. The head office of the municipal authorities, since it is not enough to put a signature on the agreement, did not change the court’s decision and has sued LLC “Kinoman” more than once over the year regarding the termination of the lease agreement.
With a fresh call about the execution of LLC “Kinoman”, the Kiev City Council went to the Gospodarsky Court of Kiev on April 4, 2013. The interests of the authorities were represented by the first intercessor of the prosecutor Podilsky district of Kiev. The call was initiated by the Moscow Department of Municipal Authorities.
