Prosecutors voted war of lustration?

lustrationJudges will find loopholes to turn the law to their advantage.
Law enforcement officers, law enforcement officers, militia members and prosecutors, exempted from the Law “On the Cleansing of Power,” are trying to turn around their lands, facing the courts. The calls try to convey that the law is not thorough and that unfair decisions have been made.

Under the control of marriage

Whatever the arguments may be, the first court decisions have already been made regarding the renewal of a large number of prosecutors and officials at the suburbs. And their skin is touched at the center of respect for marriage. Thus, during the days of activity together with people’s deputies Egor Sobolev and Semyon Semenchenko, they arrived in Kharkov to obtain the lustration of the head of the department for work with personnel of the regional prosecutor’s office, Volodymyr Sukhodubov. However, the Kharkiv Administrative Court of Appeal postponed the hearing on the legality of such lustration for 2 years.

At the press conference after the court hearing, the deputies stated that they respect such cases as unprimed and straight to the point of view of the matter. “In reality, the prolongation of the trial of their robots by the judges is a very rotten plan. Why do they think that we just came to have fun and let’s go - that won’t happen. We ask all of Kharkiv to gather again on February 2 before the Court of Appeal. “We get justice no matter what way, but there will be justice in Ukraine,” said Egor Sobolev, commenting on the decisions of the court in Kharkov.

People's deputies got along with each other. O. Prosecutor of the Kharkiv region Artem Stepanov, in order to understand the position of the prosecutor's office in this regard. According to Stepanov, the prosecutor’s office enforced the Law “On the Cleansing of Power”, releasing Sukhodubov from the land he occupied on June 23, 2014. However, this year, upon presentation of the decision of the Kharkiv District Administrative Court on the 24th of November, Sukhodubov was renewed on the landing, after which the prosecutor's office filed an appeal against the decision of the court.

No less resonance was caused on the right by the great defender of the prosecutor of the Odessa region, Maxim Zanfirov, who served as the defender of the Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka. The District Administrative Court of Kiev is listening to calls for renewal of the work. Nina’s social networks are actively expanding calls for everyone who wants to come to the court’s meetings with her.

Alimony was imposed on the salary

The Ministry of Justice says that officials are constantly coming up with new ways to eliminate lustration.

“In the Zhytomyr region, the judge of the Bohunsky District Court defended the claims of a worker of the territorial administration of the regional State Fiscal Service in the court document about alimony. The court blocked the official’s request to ensure the payment of alimony until the alimony certificate was examined in essence,” said Tetyana Kozachenko, director of the department of food lustration of the Ministry of Justice.

In these words, officials, having resigned from the judges, hope to lose their jobs.

“I am talking here not about the unprofessionalism of judges, but about a gross violation of the law. “And such judges do not have the right to seize the plantings,” the kerivnik told the department.

According to the Ministry of Justice, the courts have about 170 certificates of renewal of work permits that were subject to lustration. The prosecutors of the prosecutor's office spent almost half of the blame. 10% of the complaints were found among tax service and fiscal service workers, and about 7% among Ministry of Internal Affairs workers. Reshta - disgraced by the SBU officers and representatives of other bodies.

“Most of all, who are dying before being renewed at work, are prosecutors and police officers, and people, both young and old, may end up in court,” says a member of Hromadska for the sake of food lustration at the Ministry justice Karl Volokh. — The next step would be to compile the register of judges who themselves are subject to lustration and who are still to be released. Considering that these people have a conflict of interest, do not let them look at the documents that are related to the lustration law.

How to satisfy the personnel shortage?

Commenting on such court proceedings, political scientist Oleksandra Reshmedilova says that since the beginning of the lustration, the government has sought to punish those who have taken part in “negotiations” and corruption schemes for decades. But the Law “On the Cleansing of Power,” in their opinion, is poorly coordinated with official legislation and allows for a wide variety of misunderstandings.

“This itself has caused the tendency that regulated officials, law enforcement prosecutors want to turn around in their chairs,” the expert said. “At the same time, lustration did not actually remove the influx of figures who secretly or publicly controlled financial flows, so called the great fish.”

According to Oleksandri Reshmedilova’s reconsideration, the Law “On the Cleansing of Power” will require changes. “Lustration has a different mechanism: not only criteria for lustration, but indicators for recruiting new people to the plantation. Then there is no problem of personnel shortage and there will be no need to get rid of Kuchma’s graduates from grandma’s screen. Golovnya - remember that the key stage of lustration stretching back to 2015 is feeding the judicial corps about lustration.”

Replacing too many frames with new ones is nutrition number one when it comes to lustration. And in order to solve this problem, a systematic approach is required, such as a political technologist in the department of social engineering of the international company “SIC Group” in Ukraine, Katerina Odarchenko.

“There are a lot of ways to become a competent fakhiv for a government official or professional,” the expert noted. - This is a classic thing of enlightenment, courses under government structures and control of the level of acquired knowledge, programs of the commonwealth. Many of these mechanisms in Ukraine are even weak, resulting from a shortage of competent personnel with clear value guidelines. People are demanding justice, a change of government, an end to corruption and reforms. Without detracting from the results of the lustration processes, they can be taken seriously by other courts and other common gingerbreads.”
