Following the publication of this article in the media, a message appeared on the website of the President of Ukraine about the resignation of Oleg Oleksiyovych Rafalsky from the post of Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine at his own request, according to a statement he submitted before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On the Purification of Power."
As a reminder, in 2012, Tripolsky Okhotnik LLC received a 49-year lease on 49,5 hectares of hunting land in the Kagarlytsky and Obukhov districts of the Kyiv region. Previously, these lands were leased from the Kagarlykske hunting farm. This was reported on the Nashi Groshi website.
Half of the authorized capital of Tripolsky Okhotnik LLC belongs to Sergei Alekseenko, who, from 2008 to 2011, together with Marina Zhuravleva, the wife of the former head of the State Forestry Agency, Viktor Sivets, and Olga Ukhova, the wife of the former head of the State Forestry Agency's personnel and control department, were co-owners of Lestrade LLC.
Evgeniya Linevich, who, like Deputy Head of Bankova Oleg Rafalsky, hails from the village of Zabrod'e in the Zhytomyr region, also owns 30% of Tripolsky Okhotnik LLC.
The remaining 20% of Tripolsky Okhotnik LLC is registered to Anatoly Kolodochka, co-founder of Kruchi Dnipro LLC. He also owns Kruchi Dnipro LLC, along with Yevhen Okhrimenko, Sergey Androsyuk, and Alexey and Oleh Rafalsky.
The latter, together with a former state environmental inspector and current deputy of the Krasnoarmeyskaya District Council from the "Front for Change," are also the founders of Okhotniki Polesia LLC, which in 2013 received 6,7 thousand hectares of hunting grounds in the Krasnoarmeysky and Yemilchinsky districts of the Zhytomyr region.
Alexey Rafalsky is the son of the former head of the Obukhov District State Administration, Igor Rafalsky.
But Oleg Olegovich Rafalsky is the son of the deputy head of the Presidential Administration of Poroshenko, Oleg Rafalsky.
According to Alexey Isaev, former director of the Kagarlykskoye hunting farm, the state-owned enterprise generated three-quarters of its own operating costs and was not unprofitable. However, the contract with the farm was terminated and the land was redistributed to the Tripolsky Okhotnik LLC.
