The raider group led by Pashinsky and Tyshchenko, who carried out the attack on the Zhytomyr confectionery factory "ZhL," is seizing a new enterprise. People associated with MP Serhiy Pashinsky carried out a raid on the "7th Kilometer" market in the Odesa region on Thursday, January 28. This was reported to the media by Vasyl Mozgalsky, director of Ukraine's largest market. The director of the enterprise told the media that the raider takeover was carried out with the participation of the registration service: on January 28, Roman Kucheryavy, head of the department for the registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv, part of the Ministry of Justice, carried out illegal registration actions to replace the director and founders of Promtovary Rynok LLC (the owner of the "7th Kilometer" market). The director of the enterprise notes that Kucheryavy himself was recently appointed to this position, and there is reason to suspect that assistance in the takeover of the market was the main condition for his appointment. According to the market director, Viktor Dobryansky and Sergey Shatkovsky were appointed in his place. Sergey Shatkovsky proved to be an interesting figure. He was the founder of the Zhitomirski Lasoshchi Trading and Venture Company, which was used in the corporate raid on the Zhitomir confectionery factory "ZhL." Shatkovsky registered his "enterprise" under the old name of the company that owned the confectionery factory. Late last year, the raiders, having secured the support of the registration service and the Ministry of Justice, began seizing the enterprise. Shatkovsky's involvement in both corporate raids points to the involvement of Sergey Pashinsky and Sergey Tishchenko's group in the attempted takeover of the "7th Kilometer" market. Shatkovsky is a partner of attorney Markiyan Dmitrasevich, who provides legal support for all of Pashinsky and Tishchenko's corporate raids.
