It is clear that, due to the demise of many other gas enterprises, privatization was prevented by the structures of the oligarch Dmitry Firtash. It is easy to understand the explanation: the company has a powerful patron in the person of the great regional people’s deputy Lelyuk, who is close to ex-president Yanukovych. Let’s immediately name the scheme and accept, for the help of which, “Poltavagaz” is looking for companies that are willing to work with the “correct” employers.
The market monopolist has its favorites, from which small businesses (for example, methane gas stations) are eager to buy gas. The stench itself, at any cost, or otherwise, the stench of natural gas simply cannot be removed. If you are convinced to buy it at a high price from LLC “TDK”, affiliated with Poltavagaz, then you are blocking access to the pipe through which supply is obtained. And, as you understand, Poltavagaz is in control. It’s very easy to find the word that this form of “spoup” is called – blackmail.
This is what happened to LLC “Ekometan”, which, after changing the gas supplier, began to have problems both with its many partners and with local law enforcement officials. There was an obvious criminal incident, and on the 26th of today, 2016. senior investigator of department No. 1 of the Poltava police department Doroshenko conducted a search at gas stations of LLC “Ekometan”. Why did the investigation take place with the participation of operational practitioners of PJSC "Poltavagaz" (the head of the metrological gas safety department of PJSC "Poltavagaz" Natalia Andriivna Movchan, the intercessor of the head of the safety service of PJSC "Poltavagaz" Guzichko Mikoli Ivanovich, head of the security service of PJSC "Poltavagaz" Buhanchenko Ivan Ivanovich, in the capacity of a specialist in criminal detention Olefir Vyacheslav Ivanovich), which directly states Article 77, Article 79 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine: “a specialist cannot the right to take part in criminal activities if he is an applicant, if he is in the service or in another position as a victim (applicant), or if he is particularly involved in the results of criminal investigation or other circumstances, as they say, they are surrounded by doubts in their lack of progress.”
Doctors who are sure to reach Art. 60 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine PJSC “Poltavagaz” is the applicant for the indicated criminal offense, then the investigator Doroshenko D.A. I do not have the right to receive as specialists from the specified practitioners of PJSC “Poltavagaz”. The provisions of Article 80 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine are transferred, which, for the obviousness of the cases, transferred to Art. 75-79 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, the complaint specialist declares his own testimony. Which also didn’t happen.
During the investigation of LLC “Ekometan” they blocked access to the gas pipe, although the court did not give permission. Investigator Doroshenko was unable to provide documentary evidence of the legality of his action before cutting off the gas supply. Moreover, the company was not informed about the reasons for the gas supply, in accordance with the Code of Gas Distribution Systems.
Ale naytsіkavіshe: after the examination, which did not reveal the unauthorized assignment of a doctor to work, the investigator does not close the investigation, protracted investigation without any justification. What is the motivation of law enforcement officers that causes so many procedural violations? Why put yourself out there like this? Perhaps it is their right to help the gas region show who is the ruler of the gas market.
In this way, the government’s activities of LLC “Ekometan” and the work of its labor collective are actually paralyzed. This butt is not alone.
What is surprising is that such speeches are heard in our country. It’s a marvelous union of the old and new political elite, who were absolutely of the same mind in terms of personal wealth. Between them, after the Maidan, there seems to be a valuable break, but in fact it’s easy to find a good language for your own benefit.
