The Kyiv regional branch of the State Property Fund has filed a lawsuit requesting the return of an unfinished hospital and the return of 2,14 hectares of land to the Schastlivets village council, according to Nashi Groshi.
The case concerns the purchase in 2002 of an unfinished 120-bed hospital in the village of Schastlivoe in the Boryspil district by the company "Kyivska Rus XXI Veka." The price was only 47,000 hryvnias. The company was supposed to complete the hospital within five years. A year later, the company also received a 49-year lease on the aforementioned land for the construction of a health and residential complex.
The company never built the hospital, but instead erected a multi-apartment residential complex on the land—address: 2 Festivalnaya Street. It was occupied at the end of 2014.
The court upheld the validity of the request to terminate the property purchase agreement, but declined to grant the termination because the statute of limitations had expired. The court also found no grounds for terminating the land lease agreement and returning the plot to the village council, as the company is using the plot for its intended purpose.
The owners of the Kyivan Rus XXI Century company are Alexander Vasilyevich Boldyrev of Donetsk (48,22%) and Grigory Vasilyevich Boldyrev of Alushta (47,52%). Lyudmila Ivanovna Kolesnikova of Makeyevka owns 2,13%. Other shareholders include Maria Boldyreva (Alexander Boldyrev's daughter), former Party of Regions MP Vladimir Landik, Yevgeny Bogatyrev, Nikolai Vertel, Iosif Nemlikher, Leonid Pedenko, and Anatoly Surnin.
It is known that Alexander Boldyrev is associated with the names of regionalists Vladimir Rybak and Yuri Alexandrovich Boldyrev.
