Prominvestbank successfully sued to recover 10% of AvtoKrAZ shares from Garmonika LLC and Industrial Construction LLC, two companies controlled by MP Kostyantyn Zhevago, according to the publication Delovaya Stolitsa.

It is known that Prominvestbank recovered 10% of AvtoKrAZ shares from Zhevago's companies through the courts to pay off a debt under a 2008 loan agreement. AvtoKrAZ's debt obligations to the subsidiary of Russian Vnesheconombank amount to more than 81 million hryvnias.

Garmonika LLC and Industrial Construction LLC are owned by MP Kostiantyn Zhevago. Through several other companies under his control, Zhevago is considered the primary owner of a controlling stake in AvtoKrAZ.

Prominvestbank is owned by the Russian Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (VEB, Vnesheconombank). The chairman of the Russian financial institution's supervisory board is Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. Previously, Vladimir Putin personally chaired the supervisory board.

Prominvestbank has already announced the fate of these 10% of AvtoKrAZ shares. They will be put up for auction and most likely sold to a third party from the Russian Federation.

Let us recall that the AvtoKrAZ automobile holding is the main supplier of armored cargo vehicles for the Ukrainian army.
