Deputy Head of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection, Lieutenant General, former Deputy Minister of Transport, Associate Professor, PhD in Law, Honored Economist of Ukraine, fifth-rank civil servant, and recipient of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' "Personalized Firearm" distinction, Serhiy Krasnokutsky. This is a list of the 32-year-old's ranks. The official website of the State Service states that Krasnokutsky graduated from the National University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but some sources say the general only completed 9 years of education.

Furthermore, as Censor.NET reports, the official uses an exclusive car worth approximately $500. He explained that he earned this money in his childhood and adolescence.
"I'll let you in on a secret about my life: I've been working in business since I was 12. I was born into a family of teachers, and from that age on, I was working in markets and building a mining and processing plant. Then I founded several companies. I sold one and declared the proceeds, and two were closed. All within the law. The companies were involved in ferrous metals. Believe me, my conscience is clear. I earned this money honestly," Krasnokutsky said on TVi.
