As a reminder, the founder and director of FIRMA PODRYAD LLC until May 05.2020 was Svetlana Nikolaevna Solodkovskaya (Zinchenko), the daughter of the current Brovary deputy from Igor Sapozhko's party. Experts believe this transaction was carried out for the purpose of further tax evasion and concealing the true owners.
While analyzing information about the company's activities, we noted that FIRMA PODRYAD LLC commissioned the construction of a production and warehouse facility in 2020, establishing it at 6 Zheleznodorozhnaya Street, Brovary. It is clear that this warehouse complex is controlled by I.V. Sapozhok.
In addition, in 2019, the said company was the contractor for the construction of a block of office space with underground parking in Brovary, attached to a multi-story residential building at 21 Symona Petliury Street. By a strange coincidence, the customer for the construction was the company ChP "BROVARIBUDINVEST", the founder and director of which is Bulka Anatoly Vasilievich, who in turn was previously a member of the Executive Committee of the Brovary City Council and, until 2018, the head of FIRM PODRYAD LLC. Another coincidence?
We, in turn, were interested in whether I.V. Sapozhko or his relatives owned any other commercial properties in Brovary. While analyzing online data, we came across numerous journalistic investigations regarding the mayor's family's involvement in the construction of a six-story office building at 21 Gagarin Street. As it turned out, the construction contractor was the company "ALYANSINVESTSTROY" LLC, and once again, among the company's founders is a close relative of the "business executive," the "little king's" mother-in-law—Svetlana Vasilyevna Koval.
Considering the fact that the aforementioned commercial properties were built by organizations associated in one way or another with the mayor of Brovary, the city's "king" has not spent the last 14 years in vain. An analysis of the asset declarations of I.V. Sapozhko and his wife has not revealed the source of their acquired wealth, but the aforementioned commercial properties are quite popular among entrepreneurs in the Brovary district.
