Vira Boyko, the wife of Opposition Bloc faction leader Yuriy Boyko, owns land near the Dnipro River in the village of Vishenky, near Kyiv. This was revealed from the Public Cadastral Map, according to Nashi Groshi.
Vera Boyko reportedly owns five plots of land totaling 1,50 hectares. She also leases another plot of 1,15 hectares. Yuriy Boyko himself owns another 0,06 hectares of land in the same area. A residential building with a lake and outbuildings is located on all of these plots. However, the Real Estate Registry does not list the actual owners of the cottage.
According to cadastral map data, the above-mentioned land plots, totaling 7,96 hectares, were leased by Exim Group Limited LLC. According to some media reports, the company received the land in 2001 from the Gnidynsky Village Council. The plan was allegedly to plant communal fruit orchards on the plots. However, instead, private homes were built on the dacha cooperative's land. Consequently, local residents were cut off from access to the Dnieper River. At the time of the land acquisition, Exim Group Limited LLC was co-owned by Taras Dovhyi, the uncle of the former Kyiv City Council Secretary.
According to his 2014 tax declaration, Yuriy Boyko's income was 161 hryvnias. His family earned 8,510 million hryvnias in 2014. The former Party of Regions member owns two plots of land, a house, an apartment, and a garage. Boyko's tax declaration lists two cars: a 2006 Mercedes GL 4500 and a 1978 VAZ 2101. His family owns a 2014 Volkswagen Touareg 2967 SUV.
According to the Real Estate Register, Vera Boyko also owns an estate in the village of Ivankovichi in the Kyiv region. The total area of the estate is 445 square meters (livable area – 177 square meters).
