It's curious that no one in UDAR knows anything about him; he's the mayor's personal protégé. On his social media page, Meisel writes that he's from Monaco, and in the photo, he's driving a sports car, which, according to online ads, costs around $400.
The new head of the impoverished Kyivpasstrans drives a Ferrari. And why, pray tell, does he need Kyivpasstrans? Vitali Klitschko introduced the new general director to the Kyivpasstrans staff: 40-year-old Serhiy Maizel, a graduate of the International Academy of Personnel Management and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, who previously served as deputy general director of the Kyivzhylspetsekspluatatsia public utility and then as head of the transport and information technology department of the Desnyansky District State Administration of Kyiv.

It's curious that no one in UDAR knows anything about him; he's the mayor's personal protégé. On his social media page, Meisel writes that he's from Monaco, and in the photo, he's driving a sports car, which, according to online ads, costs around $400.

A former official, a man of considerable means (though his salary in the district administration is a pittance), has taken over a destitute structure into which they are now planning to pour huge sums of money.

Sergei Petrovich Maisel himself declined to comment on his appointment, noting only the fact that his candidacy had been agreed upon with the mayor before the elections.
