Igor Bloshko, former head of the Department for Combating Human Trafficking Crimes at the Mykolaiv Oblast Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, has submitted documents to register as a candidate for People's Deputy of Ukraine in the 130th majoritarian constituency in the Mykolaiv Oblast.

The press service of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine reported this to NikVesti.

It's worth noting that the district includes the Bashtansky, Bereznegovatsky, Kazankovsky, Novobugsky, Novoodesky, and Snigirevsky districts, and Igor Bloshko's Facebook page indicates that he is originally from Bashtanka.

As a reminder, three years ago, Igor Bloshko was charged with pimping, after which he spent about a year in pretrial detention. The judge released the officer and remanded the case for further investigation.

The case of the former head of the Department for Combating Crimes Related to Human Trafficking of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Mykolaiv Oblast continues to be heard in court.
