Supreme Court Judge Vitaly Zuev overturned the court's preliminary ruling in case No. 910/7966/21, which is why investors are unable to move into their own homes, writes apostrophe.
This is stated in an investigation published by StopKor.
This concerns the decision in case No. 910/7966/21, by which Judge Vitaliy Zuyev overturned the preliminary ruling of the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal dated December 7, 2021, and the decision of the Kyiv Commercial Court dated July 28, 2021, in case No. 910/796.
Thus, Supreme Court Judge Vitaly Zuev, a member of the panel of judges of the Cassation Commercial Court, issued a ruling on the eve of winter and during the war prohibiting people from moving into newly constructed housing that they had officially purchased and owned.
Zuev's decision puts the survival of thousands of families at risk - the editorial staff of Apostrophe has already reported on the details of the scandalous decision Reported.
StopKor journalists drew attention to Zuev's past—his name appears on the list of 81 Supreme Court judges for whom the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NAPC) launched a full audit of their asset declarations in April 2021. The Public Council of Virtue offered no conclusions regarding candidate Zuev, and the NAPC identified several discrepancies in his asset declaration: it stated that the car belonged jointly to the candidate and his wife. However, police registration documents allegedly list Vitaly Zuev as the 100% owner of the car.
According to Zuev, this point is not fundamental: “This property was acquired during the marriage and, in accordance with the provisions of the Family and Civil Codes, is considered the common joint property of the spouses."," the judge commented.
The Commission also had questions regarding several vehicles: one of them, according to registration data, belongs to Vitaly Anatolyevich Zuev, but the candidate himself claims that such a vehicle does not exist.
