However, after the annexation of Crimea and the departure of Andriy Klyuyev from Ukraine, his enterprises will continue to abolish the “green” tariff.
Of course, a lot of power has been lost in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and it is no longer part of the energy system of the region. No compensation will be paid for them.
Prote, as the EP staff in the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan was informed, almost half of Klyuyev’s “sleepy” efforts are carried out on the territory of the “mainland”.
They work and receive compensation from Energorinka for the increased “green” tariff. It seems that since the beginning of 2014 this amount has exceeded 3 billion UAH.
The EP does not call for a “green” tariff, but it is not intended to work for the Cabinet of Ministers in 2014. Such a deadline would be a blow to the investment image of Ukraine, which regularly fails to comply with government guarantees. At the same time, the Posad residents will gain respect for another phenomenon, which is connected with the “sleepy” business of the Klyuyvikh brothers.
These enterprises were forced to service part of the large loans that were recently taken out by the sovereign Oschadbank and Ukreximbank. Another part of the position is under the food, because the money-seekers are in the occupied Crimea.
According to various estimates, the liabilities of the credit lines of the Active Solar group companies in Ukraine to state banks may amount to more than UAH 10 billion. Unfortunately, neither the company nor the banks said anything about this.
According to the data, EP, Ukreximbank in mid-2014 wrote off a maximum of 4 billion UAH of “filthy” loans. With high confidence, these are the same positions that were taken away from the Klyuyev enterprises. Rather, for all these very undertakings, the investigation is being carried out by the Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the EP's data from the National Bank, Oschadbank has a number of Klyuyev loans, the share of which is still in flux. Under the authority of Ukreximbank, the largest national bank has not yet written off these positions, or you can earn money in the same way for 2014.

For these data, Klyuyev tries to regulate the pollution. The brothers will continue negotiations with the banks as far as possible. Tim no less, while some of the loans are not being serviced. Rather, for everything, now businessmen are trying to earn money so that they are written off as hopeless.
Another problem is the Chinese. According to one of the judges, part of Klyuyev’s business in Ukraine will no longer be possible for him. Apparently, the enterprises that are part of the Active Solar group of companies took not only penny loans, but also goods.
According to the data, part of Klyuyev’s assets is owned by the China National Supplies Materials Group Corporation, which is involved in asset management.
If the data about the arrival of the Chinese at Klyuyev’s enterprises is true, then the situation with loans from national banks becomes even worse. How will the stinks be turned and when? How and from whom will the banks withdraw and seize money?
The powers have shown respect not for the “green” tariff, but for the credit discipline of the Klyuivs. Ukraine can spend billions of dollars through “trash” positions and at the same time pay billions to one of Viktor Yanukovych’s partners.
The “Sonyachny” empire with the positions of state banks may become a problem for the state budget. It’s surprising that it hasn’t yet become the dominant power of the Ukrainian and Chinese powers.
How the “green” tariff of Klyuevikh began
It is unlikely that you would be able to realize that this is a story if the table ends up rotten. The “Sonyachny” empire of the Klyuyevs began to crumble immediately after the departure of Yanukovych.
The idea of alternative energy is disgusting. Like traditional galusi, there is a lot of honesty there. Golovne - what technologies are convertible in Ukraine.
So the idea of a “green” tariff is not bad. This is simply a storage system for the functioning of all types of energy from pure sources.
These categories have always become permissive in Ukrainian practice. Formerly close to the “portrait”, Andriy Klyuyev and Rinat Akhmetov advocated for themselves to add a scheme for wresting compensation from Energorinka. “Green” tariff for solar power plants installed at the highest level in Europe.
47 eurocents per kilowatt became a miracle price, as after Klyuyev, no one was taken away. Akhmetov's wind turbines also received dismal compensation from the state.
Having secured a monopoly position on the market, Klyuyev lobbied for the norms of “local warehouse” - the minimum obligation of goods and services during the establishment of new stations to reduce the “green” tariff.
This would be logical, since Ukraine has little difficulty in developing the equipment for such stations. In such a time, the “town warehouse” would have attracted the attention of the witch factories. This is how it was: the warehouse was divided according to the types of work and ownership.
Budivnytsia had 5% of the warehouse share, the collection of “dormouse” modules had 23%, and silicon manufacturing had 32%. The Klyuivs relinquished control over the Zaporizhzhya PJSC “Plant of Pumpers” and pushed for a new great loan. However, technologically the plant was not ready to compete with the Chinese and became unusable.
The workers of the “local warehouse” of Klyuyev want to help the high production of silicon in Zaporizhzhya and make life easier for others. How to secure the quotas of the “city warehouse” without knowing anyone, and there was no explanation for this. There was no need for Prote Klyuyev to repeal these laws. The stench did not even spread to his colleague Akhmetov.
It was entirely legal and was based on the norms of the Law “On Electricity Industry”, which Klyuyev opposed. The law has been confirmed that the availability of “local storage” for alternative power generation facilities is expanding at stations that began operating after 1 June 2012 and were put into operation after 1 Lipnya 2013 Roku.
It took an hour for Klyuev and Akhmetova to get the documents for the project.
As a result, the Klyuyev station ruled the market. Others were still so small that in the brutal year of 2014, on the enthusiasm of the revolution, a bill was introduced that would reduce the “green” tariff for all SPPs larger than 15 MW of installed capacity. However, the fuse has passed since then, and Klyuev is still completely legally withdrawing the large compensation.
The Klyuyev brothers sought out other possibilities to snatch pennies from the state.
First of all, they took away the benefits of importing Chinese goods without paying the maximum allowance. In Ukraine, there is still a Cabinet Resolution No. 444, which makes it possible to import goods into Ukraine with benefits, which are not prepared for Ukraine.
The Chinese reported a maximum of zusil. They finally designed photovoltaic panels of such a size that they had no analogues in Ukraine. However, at the same price when importing to the country, it is “optimized”, at a minimum, the maximum permissible value. Other participants, who were trying to introduce the same possession that Klyuyev had in a month, rejected Vidmova.
In another way, the Klyuyevs took away a bonus for the power supply plant. In 2010, this enterprise took 200 million UAH of government assistance “for the implementation of the innovative project “Creation of a vertically integrated company for the production of photovoltaic products.” Andriy Klyuyev voted against the Secondary Commission.
These pennies were needed to service a loan of 150 million euros, which the Klyuyevikh plant had previously transferred to Ukreximbank. First of all, this same loan was written off by Ukreximbank.
Thirdly, all stations were built for credit pennies. These same milliards, like Klyuyev, cannot be turned at once. To take them away from the sovereign banks will eliminate the businessman who has a strong position in the sovereign. This is what Andriy Petrovich was like. The cross-border enterprise Oschadbank and Ukreximbank will not be allowed to lose many millions.
Over the years, Klyuyev has lobbied for the compensation of high-hundred-dollar rates for these projects at a cost to the state budget. This is a great scandal.
Thirdly, the Chinese, who subsidized the production of panels to fill the market, issued trade loans. Then the power plants went to waste, and it was Energorinok who was responsible for compensating for the price of the highest tariff in Europe.
What has changed since Maidan
After Yanukovych passed away, the situation in Russia began to change. It is unclear what the Russian occupiers are paying for the energy of the Crimean sun, but what is lost “on the mainland” is being done. With the extra 820 MW of installed power plants, 440 MW were lost. Of these, 300-330 MW are projects of the Klyuyvikh brothers.
Recently, electricity generators have made a statement about the fact that the regulator NKREKP does not review the “green” tariff. This is true. The restoration was installed in the sickle 2014 year. However, how can we explain that Akhmetov’s managers are talking about a relook, but Klyuev’s managers are not? Maybe it’s all Vlashtova?
According to the prices set by NKREKP, 1 kW-year was bought from “Vitroviki” for an average of 1,8 UAH, from “Sonyachniki” - 7,029 UAH. Since that time, the hryvnia has depreciated, so at the current rate of the NBU, “pershoppers” are responsible for charging the market 2,13 UAH for “wind” and 8,77 UAH for “sun”. The Klyuyev brothers feel bad about coming out.
Over the 11 months of 2014, more than UAH 3 billion went to the “Sonyachny” kulovat from Energorinka. The left part of these buildings is Klyuev’s objects. At the moment, the national banks do not comment on the share of Klyuyev’s loans. It looks like they want to “forget” this story.
