Yesterday, the Prosecutor General's Office completed its investigation into the case against radical MP Igor Mosiychuk, according to RBC.

According to Prosecutor General Vladislav Kutsenko, Mosiychuk is suspected of accepting an especially large bribe, which is punishable by up to 12 years in prison. Mosiychuk is also suspected in several other cases.

At the same time, Kutsenko stated that the final decision will be made by the court.

As a reminder, Radical Party leader Oleh Lyashko previously stated that this was an attempt to pressure his party and his associates, as the radicals had previously refused to vote on the presidential law on the special status of Donbas.

Lyashko openly called this revenge on the part of Poroshenko, who, according to the radical, ordered Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin to put pressure on the party in this way.
