Isaenko and Stolar may dump Klitschko in exchange for consideration of their and Levochkin's interests in Kyiv.

The Babel publication (owned by Kolomoisky, with a team working with 1+1) has uncovered a scenario for the seizure of Kyiv by the ZE team.

The new government wants to separate the positions of head of the Kyiv City State Administration and mayor of Kyiv. Media manager Oleksandr Tkachenko from the 1+1 channel is slated to become head of the Kyiv City State Administration, writes Antikor.

To achieve this, Servant of the People needs to push through the amended law on the capital and bring its people into the Kyiv City Council.

Vitali Klitschko will be targeted using the same template as the presidential elections. The main leitmotif is that Kyiv has been robbed of five years of normal development.

In an interview with TheBabel, Tkachenko admitted that he is being consulted by Andriy Vavrish, the "consolidator of sponsors" for Zelenskyy's new office at the Ukrainian House. Vavrish's daughter, Masha, performs on the children's comedy show "Children of Comedy Club." Klitschko fired Vavrish in 2015 from his position as deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration's Department of Construction and Architecture after he forced the architect Tselovalnik into retirement.

This and other facts from his biography are widely known, thanks to Sergei Leshchenko: rejected by the ZE team as a curtsy to Trump (he will pay for Manafort's tears), he is running in the same district #220 with Anya Bondar, who at one time sat in Vavrish's office and, under his dictation, carried out his duties (he was also present there).

Anya will beat Leshchenko in every way, since the residents of Kurenivka are not interested in the issue of the two old houses on the corner of Sagaidachnogo Street, which Vavrish demolished.

Vavrish and Leshchenko are of no interest: he himself is gaining strength as a communicator from Servant of the People with the city's beneficiaries.

The main ones are Igor Nikonov and his partner in the “101 Tower” business center near the train station, Vadim Stolar, whom Nikonov has incorporated into Klitschko’s team from the “Party of Regions.”

Their third partner is Sergei Lyovochkin: for business and as neighbors in the "Golden Gate" complex in Koncha-Zaspa. Their partnership is still active.

This is proven by the scheme to buy out and complete the Respublika shopping center on the Ring Road. The building was taken away from Dmitry Firtash For the debts of Nadra Bank. The Deposit Guarantee Fund sold the unfinished building for 777 million hryvnias instead of the 2,6 billion hryvnias agreed upon with Vorushilin and Olenchyk. Levochkin purchased it through Astion's firm (the son of the former head of Kyiv's Organized Crime Control Department). Nikonov, KAN DEVELOPMENT, will be building it. His manager, Anna Zakomirnaya, is already recruiting staff. The trio's ability to defend their interests in Kyiv depends on their full representation in the Verkhovna Rada.

It is known that Vladim Stolar bought seats Vadim Rabinovich in the Opposition Platform - For Life. Rabinovich heard that in 2010, Stolar paid $6,5 million for a spot on the Party of Regions list. And he asked for more. Stolar offered wholesale. The decision was made through Levochkin.

As a result, Stolar will bring in several of his own people. The main ones are Igor Kiselev, the first deputy head of the Kyiv City Council's commission on urban development and land management (son of Petro Kiselev, a friend of Artur Palatnik, an emergency services officer), and Natalia Prikhodko, the mayor's patronage service.

Klitschko's neck, through which Stolar and Nikonov twisted the mayor. Former deputy minister at the Ministry of Regional Development Dmitry Isaenko Although Stolar is considered part of the quota, he is equally a partner of Vavrish. They are connected not only by the Philadelphia House residential complex at 19 Klovsky Descent, but also by a larger project. They are allies in the Kyiv General Plan. They began developing Rybalsky Island together. A new administrative center for the Kyiv City State Administration is planned there. Tigipko, The man who bought the land for the development from Poroshenko is already being questioned by the State Bureau of Investigation. Therefore, Isaenko isn't entirely reliable for Stolar and Nikonov. They themselves wouldn't refuse to sell Klitschko if their interests were guaranteed to be taken into account and they weren't forced out of the projects. But this is far from certain: according to Kolomoisky's plan, whoever takes Kyiv will get everything.
