Many people tried to stop the arrogant and unpunished Sergei Kivalov (aka Kidalov, aka Seryoga the Pidrakhuy, aka the Devil Man), at different times and in different ways: some made deals, some paid, some sought a more powerful patron, and some simply perished in the fight against this worthless man.
This legal entrepreneur's main area of activity is organizing beauty pageants and selecting the "right" girls for the "right" daddies. It's no secret that it's Kivalov who supplies the winners of various beauty contests, the so-called "bowls" for wealthy and powerful men. Every year, the state educational institution, the National University "Odesa Law Academy," under the leadership of Sergei Vasilievich Kidalov, selects another young beauty. This procedure exists so that the boss can go off and have a proper rest, while the young nymph is expected to please her mentor. Kidalov then passes the boring beauty on—into the good hands of yet another rich and influential uncle—the boss.
And after all his bedtime romps and merrymaking with wine, gypsies, and bears, Kidalov goes to pray at St. Tatiana's Church, which is located on the grounds of the Law Academy and for which he extorted funds exclusively through blackmail from the academy's dependents—students and their parents. It's on the walls of this so-called student church that portraits of him and his daughter as saints are painted. Those who attend this church pray specifically to Kidalov and his daughter, not to true saints. A clever idea, right? The main thing is—without any moral or human hesitation. Who else but a "Devilman" would mock faith and God like that?!
But the hour of reckoning has arrived. Reliable sources indicate that the Verkhovna Rada and the Lustration Committee (and we know the attitudes of Soboleva, Chornovil, and Hopko toward Kidalov) have decided to act through international legal organizations. The appeal itself calls for an investigation into the financial flows into the accounts of Sergei Vasilyevich Kivalov and his family members. Kivalova, the daughter of the notorious "Pedrahuy," holds over $10 million in London bank accounts alone. And banks in Ukraine, namely Universal Bank and Misto Bank, hold $10.5 million.
A list of assets is also provided, totaling more than fifteen properties located in the UK and France. The combined value of all properties is over $110 million. Naturally, all the money is hard-earned and beautifully laundered.
Interpol's response won't be long in coming. A manhunt for such a notorious figure will bar him from all access to his property.
The worst thing that could happen to Kivalov today is the unwillingness of the younger generation of politicians in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to negotiate. And no amount of devilish power can help Kivalov here.
I'm really curious how the situation will be resolved this time and whether Kidalov will be able to screw everyone again?
