A viral political ad featuring former minister Oleksandr Klymenko has appeared online. Social media users believe the ad was the politician's way of launching his election campaign.
The video "Match for Ukraine," which politician Oleksandr Klymenko posted online yesterday, on Independence Day, caused a real online sensation – it has already been viewed by nearly 140 people in one day.

"For 24 years, our country has been conceding goals without ever learning how to play offensively," Klymenko declares. In a rather provocative video featuring executioners, machine gunners, and axes, he compares Ukrainian politics to a brutal football match, arguing that "every time we get rid of players from the previous team, the country loses years of experience and knowledge."

Social media experts immediately speculated that Klymenko was using this provocative tactic to plot his return to Ukraine. The video, posted online, could effectively mark the start of the local election campaign.
This version does not seem improbable against the backdrop of a series of court victories won by Klymenko against the SBU and the State Fiscal Service, finding him innocent of the events in Odessa in May 2014 and not involved in the "schemes" of the Yanukovych presidency.
The politician's website also appeared online. https://oleksandr-klymenko.com/, where he talks in the first person about his life, the events before and after the Maidan, and even posted his childhood photos.
