Due to the fact that flights from Dnipropetrovsk Airport were blocked, employees of Dniproavia, the Dnipropetrovsk airline, addressed an open letter to the public:
"The decisions of the State Aviation Service on November 28 and December 12 to ban flights between Dnipro and Moscow and to ban flights from Dnipro Airport completely paralyzed the operations of Dniproavia.
The only airline still operating interregional Ukrainian flights will be forced to declare bankruptcy before the new year. This will leave 400 employees with an average salary of 15,000 hryvnias.
And the Cabinet of Ministers allegedly doesn't even notice this loss. Moreover, during all this time, the airline has received no explanation for the reasons behind these bans or the duration of their implementation.
Therefore, many questions arise, but one of the main ones is: are the competent bodies of the National Security and Defense Council and the Security Service of Ukraine, which everyone is hinting at as the initiators of these actions, aware of why and for what purpose these restrictions are being introduced and what the consequences should be?
