On the night of February 3-4, 2016, Kyiv police detained a woman in a white Range Rover with the license plate AA7555EA, who turned out to be a relative of the senior prosecutor of the Prosecutor General's Office, Tsybulin.
During her arrest, the blonde began behaving erratically. After being taken to the police station, she spat at the officers and broke a table. The officers captured her behavior on video.
When the video appeared online, netizens identified the scandalous blonde. She turned out to be Svetlana Tsybulina, a relative and most likely the wife of senior Prosecutor General's Office prosecutor Igor Tsybulin.
Evidence of this is that the Range Rover with the same license plate number that was stopped by Kyiv police is registered to Valentyna Krivulya, born in 1939. She resides at 7 Mira Street, Kyiv. The car of Igor Tsybulin, senior prosecutor of the Prosecutor General's Office's Law Enforcement Department, is registered at this address.
Iryna Zolotareva, head of the Kyiv City Council press service, reported that Svetlana Tsybulina always parks her car at a pedestrian crossing on Shelkovichna Street in Kyiv. She has two offices there. Ms. Tsybulina was previously implicated in a scandal involving local residents of the "Tsarskoe Selo" residential area in Pechersk, where she illegally occupied part of the street. Svetlana Tsybulina is also known as the co-founder of several law firms. Interestingly, when registering her law firm, "DE JURE," she listed the same address as Igor Tsybulin, a senior prosecutor with the Prosecutor General's Office.
