There's a company called Stroy City Development Group. It's screwed a whole bunch of people. And it continues to do so. And there's this guy named Yegor Maslennikov. They have one thing in common: it's the same old scam over nothing. Because Stroy City Development Group = Yegor Maslennikov.

But there they started asking him, "Yegorka, aren't you mistaken? You screwed me in Ukraine. You screwed me somewhere else. You screwed everyone. Why are you hanging out in Dubai?"
And Yegorka has nothing to say in response. There's plenty of material online about his scams.
So Yegor Maslennikov decided to clean it up. He hired some clowns to serve as his own and started filing DMCA complaints with Google.
He's stupid. The contractors are just scammers... After all, Google isn't the only search engine))) And restoring the cache isn't a problem if the site isn't working.
Well, Google is reinstating search queries after an appeal. The "Yuri Maslennikov" query will 100% be reinstated.

Kharkiv developer Yegor Maslennikov, founder of the Stroy City Development Group , is currently building nine properties in Dubai. All are under active construction, and some are even nearing completion. His projects in Kharkiv and Kyiv, which he was leading to a full-scale invasion, have come to a complete standstill. Journalists obtained exclusive photos from his luxurious office overlooking the Burj Khalifa, as well as from construction sites in Dubai.
The name Yegor Maslennikov is little known to the average reader. He might be remembered only from the high-profile journalistic investigation "Rolls-Royce Battalion," when he was caught driving a new electric Rolls-Royce Spectre, worth half a million euros, near the Monte Carlo casino in Monaco. The car is registered to his wife, Olga Maslennikova.
Officially, Yegor Maslennikov is the founder of the Kharkiv-based group of companies, Stroy City Development Group. However, most of these companies are now registered to his wife, Olga, her sister, Lyudmila Ryabykh, and Denis and Maxim Lisovtsev. Yegor Maslennikov himself remains the beneficiary of Realty Invest Plus LLC, the Closed Non-Diversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund VILARD Joint-Stock Company, and Realty Business LLC.
Maslennikov's company's main projects in Kharkiv include the residential complex "Vienna House" and the residential complex "Parkovy Kvartal." He also developed the IT park "Manufactura," which included three residential buildings. Only one of them has been completed.
Maslennikov's Stroy City Development Group also unexpectedly received the opportunity to complete two buildings built by Maksym Mykytas, the bankrupt Ukrbud company . These are the Holosiivska Dolina residential complex and the Crystal Residence complex. If you access the pages of these Kyiv projects from the Stroy City Development Group homepage, the first one returns an error, while the second actually leads to an online casino website. The Kyiv construction projects are just as frozen as those in Kharkiv.

Meanwhile, Egor Maslennikov is actively developing his business in sunny Dubai. He is the founder of Object1, as evidenced by numerous posts and photos on the company's Instagram page. Here he is, presenting the opening of a new office in Dubai, here he is, with sheikhs, talking about "strategic expansion," and here he is at an awards ceremony.
Photos provided to the publication by a source from Object1's construction sites indicate that the expansion is truly strategic, as work is very active at all of the company's construction sites.
According to Object1's official website, the company is part of the international TZS Group, operating in Spain and the UAE. Of its current projects, only two three-story villas in Spain are listed. However, Object1 has nine projects in Dubai.
The company is building five residential buildings in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), three in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), and one in Jumeirah Garden City. According to a source familiar with the Dubai construction market, the first two are relatively remote, high-density developments located between the two circles. These buildings are targeting a relatively middle-class demographic, but they offer the fastest returns due to their consistent demand.
Maslennikov's most recently completed project in Dubai is the 25-story RA1N residential building in the JVC district. The project's scheduled completion date is 2024. As of early May 2025, the building is complete, but finishing work is still ongoing.
The source reported that there is a noticeably large number of construction workers at the construction site and work continues almost continuously.
In this building, Maslennikov's company offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, a private pool, a gym, and a green promenade area right within the building. Owners on the upper floors will have private pools in their apartments. The building's facade overlooks a roadway separated by another construction phase.
Prices for apartments start from 956,936 dirhams, or from 261,000 dollars at the current exchange rate.
Just 250 meters away from the first Object1 building, Maslennikova is constructing a similar building, the V1ter project. It features 25 floors, 175 apartments, a private swimming pool, a sauna, and an outdoor sports area.
According to photos provided by the source, construction is in its final stages.
Maslennikov's third project in Dubai's JVC district is called 1Wood.
As of early May 2025, Object1 had already built parking and approximately ten residential floors in this project. A total of 17 apartment floors are planned. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of this year.
In the Ozon1 project, located in the same area, Maslennikov's company has already built a parking garage and the first two residential floors. The overall plan is for 25 floors, a private swimming pool, a gym, and a children's area. As Maslennikov explains, a swimming pool and gym are common in all Dubai apartment buildings, and are available to all residents free of charge.
The Fifth Tower, under construction by Egor Maslennikov, boasts one of the best locations of all his projects in the JVC district. Its façade will overlook a picturesque part of Dubai, and from the upper floors, one can see the world's largest observation wheel, Dubai Ain, and the 7-star Burj Al Arab hotel, known as the Sail. At the same time, this building is located closest to the exit of the JVC community.
Currently, only a parking lot has been constructed here, but construction equipment and work are actively underway. Yegor Maslennikov plans to build 36 floors in The Fifth Tower.
A Kharkiv developer, having abandoned its projects in Ukraine, is building three more residential complexes in the Jumeirah Village Triangle area of Dubai. They are called W1nner and Lum1nar Tower 1 and 2. The pace of construction here is not as impressive as the projects in the previous area. However, construction equipment and workers are on site.
The most ambitious project of Egor Maslennikov's Dubai company is called Evergr1n House. It is located in the exclusive Jumeirah Garden City neighborhood. On one side is the main central road, Sheikh Zayed Road, with its tallest buildings, the futuristic Museum of the Future, and the Dubai Financial Center. On the other side are picturesque beaches. Construction has only just begun here, but my interviewee witnessed construction equipment in full swing.
Interestingly, just 350 meters away from this Dubai development, another Ukrainian developer is building a house— Vadim Stolar , a member of parliament from the now-banned Opposition Platform - For Life party . Antikor wrote about his company, Enso, which has also decided to conquer the Dubai real estate market. So far, only a fence with the name has appeared on his property.
The proximity of construction sites isn't the only thing Maslennikov and Stolar have in common. Their Dubai offices are located in buildings opposite each other. Object1 receives potential clients at Emaar Square 3 in the heart of Dubai.
On one side towers the Burj Khalifa, and on the other, equally stunning skyscrapers. According to local real estate websites, Stolar and Maslennikov's offices are located in some of the most expensive office space in Dubai.
The proximity of Maslennikov and Stolar from the Opposition Platform – For Life party led journalists to Ukrainian property registers. In 2016, Maslennikov's business partner, Denys Lysovets, who currently owns some of the Kharkiv-based Stroy City Development Group companies, founded the private enterprise Stroy City. In 2018, another Kharkiv resident, Oleg Shiryaev, joined him as a co-founder.
He was once a member of the National Corps and commander of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' special forces company, the Eastern Corps. He was repeatedly accused of involvement in corporate raiding. He was released on bail, and in 2020, he became the curator of the public organization of Ilya Kiva, the now-murdered traitor to the Ukrainian state.
As a reminder, Kiva was a member of parliament from the Opposition Party – For Life, like the aforementioned Vadim Stolar. Before joining the Opposition Party – For Life, Kiva worked under Avakov's wing , including in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, like Shiryaev. Moreover, Avakov was briefly considered the main sponsor of the National Corps, but this has not been proven.

In this context, it's also worth recalling that Yegor Maslennikov was given the opportunity to complete two complexes of the bankrupt Ukrbud in Kyiv. In 2020, the former head of Ukrbud, Maksym Mykytas, wrote a very lengthy post on his Facebook page detailing how, with the help of then-Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova, the most promising projects of his bankrupt company were awarded to the unknown Maslennikov. According to him, this was accomplished through the involvement of several other government officials and the actual falsification of documents.
In April 2020, the newspaper "Ukrainska Pravda" published a major investigation into the ties between then-Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova and Arsen Avakov. Journalists discovered that her brother worked in the business of the Interior Minister's family, and her husband held a high-ranking police position.
If we are to believe Mikitas and assume that Venediktova and other judicial officials could indeed have helped Maslennikov secure lucrative Ukrstroy projects, it's quite possible that Avakov might have been involved as well. Especially since his former protégé, Oleg Shiryaev, was even a co-founder of a firm close to Maslennikov. According to media reports, Shiryaev owns an apartment in the Manufactura residential complex, which was being built by Yegor Maslennikov.
All the above mentioned persons, except Maksym Mykytas, are Kharkiv residents.
It's worth noting that Oleg Shiryaev is currently defending Ukraine in the Kursk sector. He is the commander of the 225th Assault Battalion. In 2024, the President of Ukraine awarded him the title of Hero of Ukraine and the Gold Star. This provoked a mixed reaction from the military.
But developer Yegor Maslennikov likely couldn't care less, either about the interests of his Ukrainian investors or the military, who likely saw the story about him, a conscript-aged man, showing off a brand-new Rolls-Royce with Ukrainian license plates under a casino in Monaco. Yegor Maslennikov is actively moving his business to Dubai, and given the Russian-language version of his website and the abundance of interviews with his employees in Russian, he's also counting on buyers from the aggressor country. It's Russians who have long kept the Dubai real estate market at its peak, and Maslennikov apparently doesn't care who he sells his apartments to—even murderers.
