An apartment owned by Andrey Onistrat , Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSC National Credit Bank , has been seized for the purpose of reclaiming it from illegal possession.
The apartment, which was seized by the court, was purchased by Andrey Onistrat from his business partner Igor Bobnev, who, in turn, is, by "strange coincidences," the owner of 20,93% of the shares of National Credit Bank.
The seized apartment of Andriy Onistrat, allegedly purchased from Igor Bobnev, previously belonged to Sergei Babushkin. The notary who formalized the purchase and sale agreement between Bobnev and Babushkin was not in Ukraine, which, in turn, constitutes a gross violation of current Ukrainian law. But the most terrifying thing is that Sergei Babushkin did not receive a penny for the sale of the apartment.
Igor Bobnev, sensing that things were going badly, decided to get rid of the apartment he had acquired fraudulently. However, he was unable to sell it on the market, as everyone knew who Igor Bobnev really was.
Igor Bobnev came up with the following solution. As a partner at National Credit Bank with Andrey Onistrat, Igor Bobnev suggested that Onistrat register the stolen apartment in his name, as no one wanted to buy it from Bobnev.
As soon as Andrey Onistrat became the owner of an apartment in the center of Kyiv, he immediately began selling it with the note "BEST PRICE OFFER. TERM!!!!" (https://100realty.ua/object/369171990)
.
This is understandable, since very soon he will not have such an opportunity.
Andrey Onistrat and Igor Bobnev are the owners of National Credit Bank. I'd like to ask them: are things really so bad that they're already selling fraudulently acquired real estate?
