courtThe Kharkiv Regional Commercial Court dismissed the claim of Kharkiv Tractor Plant PJSC against the former head of the plant, Vladislav Gubin, for damages in the amount of UAH 29,55 million. This was reported by Interfax-Ukraine, citing Gubin's lawyer, Ilya Kundius.

It was reported that KhTZ shareholder Calverton Establishment Limited filed a lawsuit seeking UAH 29,55 million in damages from former director Vladislav Gubin. The lawsuit was accepted for consideration on July 6, 2016, and at a court hearing on August 18, 2016, the plaintiff's claim for damages was denied in full.

As a reminder, under Gubin's leadership of KhTZ, the plant's product line was completely revamped, and it became self-sustaining. However, Gubin resigned in March 2016 by mutual agreement. In April 2016, KhTZ was acquired by Alexander Yaroslavsky's DCH Group. Since March 2016, the plant has been idle and is currently preparing to restart production as part of its reorganization plan, while incurring losses.
