The court upheld Ukreximbank's claims against Dzendzersky's Vesta Group for UAH 3,3 billion.

On April 5, 2021, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Commercial Court, in the bankruptcy case of Transmag LLC, recognized the claims of a number of creditors, including Ukreximbank - for UAH 3,320,000,000 (as secured), Megabank - for UAH 36 million (4th priority), Lead Recuperation LLC - for UAH 6100000 (4th priority), reports Finbalance.

It is known that Transmag LLC is one of the shareholders of Vesta-Dnepr PJSC, for which, on September 27, 2020, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Commercial Court terminated the reorganization procedure, declared the enterprise bankrupt, and opened liquidation proceedings.
