By a decision of the Pechersk District Court, the head of the State Employment Service of Ukraine, Yaroslav Kashuba, was reinstated to his post.

He was arrested last September while accepting a bribe of 600 hryvnias, and the reason for his return is the absence of any legal proceedings. As stated by Social Policy Minister Pavlo Rozenko (Read more about it in the article Pavel Rozenko. The Story of the Minister of Subsidies and Pensions) in an interview with the media, Kashuba is expected to return to service on February 12.

However, Rozenko himself stated that he would not return the bribe-taker to his post and would seek to continue the legal proceedings, and also promised to remove Kashuba from office.

It should be noted that shortly after his arrest, the court released Kashuba on bail of 1,8 million hryvnia.
