Prosecutor General Vitaliy Yarema announced that Pechersk Court Judge Serhiy Vovk, who presided over the case against BPP faction leader Yuriy Lutsenko, has been charged.
He stated this at a meeting of the BPP faction, a source present at the meeting of deputies told Ukrainska Pravda.
Furthermore, according to the information, Yarema admitted that Kyiv prosecutor Sergei Yuldashev is subject to lustration and will be fired by April, while the investigation continues.
The Prosecutor General also stated that the results of a search at the state-owned enterprise Energoatom revealed that "not a single purchase was made there without the use of fictitious companies."
“They’ve completely relaxed,” a source for Ukrainska Pravda quoted Yarema as saying.
The head of the Prosecutor General's Office also reported that the SBU is investigating MP Yulia Levochkina's speech in Strasbourg.
Meanwhile, on Monday evening, on the "Freedom of Speech" program on ICTV, Verkhovna Rada Speaker Volodymyr Groysman announced that he had signed a letter addressed to the Chairman of the Supreme Court, "so that he would be in parliament, and we would consider the issue of bringing to criminal responsibility and detaining Judge Kireyev, who had been bullying Tymoshenko for years."
"And there will be dozens of such examples," the head of parliament added.
