Iryna Nemets, the common-law wife of ATO Military Prosecutor Kostyantyn Kulik, registered a 77,6 square meter apartment in central Kyiv in her name in early February of this year, according to data from the State Register of Real Estate Rights.

Nemets became the owner of a 77,6 square meter apartment in the Central Park residential complex at 7 Ivana Kudri Street. The notary registered the apartment on February 8, 2016. Nemets signed a construction participation agreement with the developer in July 2015. According to lun.ua, the price per square meter in Central Park during this period was 37 hryvnias. The apartment houses a clothing studio, Family Atelier BY NEMEZ, owned by Nemets.

In January, a National Anti-Corruption Bureau detective sought access to documents belonging to Valprim Management Company LLC as part of an investigation into Konstantin Kulik's illegal enrichment. According to investigators, this company was the owner of the studio apartment at the time.

Solomensky Court Judge Oleksandr Bobrovnik denied access to the company's documents, citing the detective's failure to provide evidence that the company's documents would help establish important circumstances in the case and could be used as evidence. It's worth noting that in January, Bobrovnik rejected the detectives' motion regarding another apartment belonging to Nemets. This apartment, which the prosecutor's common-law wife acquired on December 12, 2014, is listed as a 51,5 square meter apartment at 24 Saperno-Slobidska Street in Kyiv, according to the state register of property rights. Nemets acquired it through a barter agreement with Forton LLC. Nemets transferred ownership of the mortgage deed, purchased from an individual in October 2014, to the company. The sale, on behalf of the individual, was carried out by XXI Century Brokerage LLC, whose documents were then accessed by NABU detectives.

As a reminder, in the summer of 2014, it was announced that the Military Prosecutor's Office of the ATO Forces had been established, headed by Kostiantyn Kulyk. He had previously worked in the military prosecutor's office. In 2014, Kulyk declared a three-room apartment of 249 square meters in the elite Diptomat-Hall residential complex in Kyiv. The National Anti-Terrorist Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) is investigating the legality of this purchase.

Previously, we wrote about Kulik's common-law wife, who reported an income of 140 UAH/monthIt was also reported that Kulik is associated with a company from which the Southwestern Railway purchased defective gas masks worth almost 400 thousand hryvnias.
