Is Judge Lemish covering up UDAR member Patskan's raid?

judgeUzhhorod Judge Oleksiy Lemish issued a ruling upholding the corporate raiding actions of UDAR MP Valeriy Patskan, according to the Zakarpattia Online publication.

On June 9, a hearing was reportedly held on the high-profile case known as the "land for MP Patskan" case. Civic activist Oleksandr Volosyansky stated that Judge Oleksiy Lemish's ruling legalized the raider seizure of land at 46-48 Urozhaynaya Street in Uzhhorod, which belonged to orphans and a disabled child. It is known that these plots of land were seized by the company "Toyota Service Uzhhorod" (Karat Motor). MP Valeriy Patskan from the UDAR political party is directly involved with this company.

Activists are already preparing a complaint against Judge Lemish's unlawful decision to the High Council of Justice and the High Qualification Commission of Judges, alleging violation of the oath and the issuance of a knowingly unlawful decision. The activists also plan to appeal the trial court's decision to the appellate court.

Activists previously wrote that the prosecutor's office, which rather clumsily attempted to challenge MP Patskan's involvement in the case, also wanted to "hush up" the raider seizure of the land.
