The public organization "Rule of Law" has repeatedly raised the issue of illegal actions in the administration of justice by Judge Sergei Viktorovich Reva of the Kyiv District Court of Odessa.
On May 30, 2013, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine issued Decision No. 1590/dp-13 (https://verhovenstvo.com/view/8463), which recommended that the High Council of Justice consider submitting a motion to dismiss Serhiy Reva for violating his judicial oath. This decision outlined all the violations the judge had committed during his tenure.
However, numerous instances of gross violations of substantive and procedural law by the judge, abuse of office, issuing unjust decisions, knowingly submitting false information in income declarations, violations of judicial ethics, and much more remained unnoticed by both law enforcement agencies and the High Council of Justice. Thus, for unclear reasons, the aforementioned decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine remains unimplemented.
In order to enhance the authority of Ukraine's judiciary and public trust in the judicial branch, and to restore legality and justice, the public organization "Rule of Law" submitted a series of statements to the competent authorities demanding that the decision of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine be implemented, Judge Serhiy Reva be dismissed from his position, and that he be prosecuted.

STATEMENT
about the verification
On May 30, 2013, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 1590/dp-13 to recommend that for the sake of justice, food should be submitted before filing Revi Sergei Viktorovich was sentenced to the Kiev District Court of Odessa for violating his oath to the judge.

It was typical for the court to consolidate the world's interests behind the agreements, as a result of which, for an insignificant sum, some unturned positions of individuals were taken from the power of the earth on the shore of the sea. In this case, both contracts and receipts were fragmented, and the parties were substitutes.
The most often fooled borrowers were summer individuals, residents of rural (coastal) localities, as there were no small revelations about fraud in their mine.
In the course of the disciplinary process, facts of legalization of independent households, participation in Shakhrai schemes for the appropriation of land plots, and details of gray certificates were also revealed.
Judge Revoy S.V. More than once they were satisfied with fictitious summons of persons who were never executed before the trial, inaccurate information was entered into the minutes of court sessions about the presence of participants in the process at the sessions.
Judging by clearly going beyond the representation of the court, after the powerful initiative of the government, various bodies were required to register the rights to the land of the happy Volodars of the coastal territories and to see sovereign acts on the land, turning a blind eye to the obvious detailed signatures on position agreements and receipts, without establishing the truth of the individuals who took part in the scams.
Negative characterization of judge Revi S.V. also confirmed by the collection of judges of the Kiev District Court of Odessa.
