Vadym Torchynyuk, head of the Rivne Regional Commercial Court, failed to include his wife's real estate and family business in his tax return, Nashi Groshi reports.
According to his declaration, Torchinyuk had 160 hryvnias in contributions to the authorized capital of enterprises, while his share in the company "Firma Lyubart" LLC alone amounts to more than half a million hryvnias, according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine.
It was also stated that his family members do not own their own businesses, but Torchinyuk's wife, Natalia, owns 110 hryvnias in the charter of Office and Trade Center LLC. It is important to note that Torchinyuk himself is the beneficiary of this company.
Natalia Torchinyuk also owns an abandoned 18th-century local monument located near the walls of Lubart's Castle, which is not listed in her declaration. However, the judge himself stated that he purchased the property from a private individual.
Among other things, the Torchinyuk family, according to previous data, owns nine cars, including a Mercedes G 350 and a BMW X5, two apartments with a total area of 250 square meters and other real estate with a total area of 430 square meters, including in Crimea, almost 72 hectares of land and 8 million hryvnia in accounts.
