Prykarpattyaoblenergo OJSC, owned by Igor Surkis, has secured three credit lines totaling 45 million hryvnias, according to Nashi Groshi.
It is known that Prykarpattyaoblenergo OJSC has obtained two loans from Oschadbank at 4% per annum plus a 1% commission. The total amount of these two loans is UAH 30 million. Surkis' company will pay UAH 7,5 million for servicing these loans. In addition, it has obtained another loan from Oschadbank for UAH 15 million at 27% per annum plus a 0,5% commission. The servicing cost of this loan is UAH 4,13 million.
According to the company's press service, the loan funds will be used to pay off payments to the State Enterprise "Energorynok," replenish working capital, and pay employee salaries and taxes.
The signing of the agreement with the creditor was carried out through a negotiation process, as the auction was cancelled twice due to the lack of participants.
