Igor Bogatyrev, the son of the former Minister of Health, remains the owner of 0,46 hectares of land on an island in the village of Plyuty near Kyiv, according to Nashi Groshi.
According to the publication, this is evidenced by an extract from the property rights register.
In 2007, the Ukrainian City Council of the Obukhiv District issued a resolution granting four citizens state title deeds for 2,70 hectares of land. These plots are located on an island and in the coastal protective zone of the Kozinka River.
In 2010, Igor Bogatyrev acquired several of these plots, totaling 0,54 hectares. Of these, 0,46 hectares were for the construction and maintenance of a residential building and outbuildings, and 0,08 hectares were for haymaking.
Today, the island is home to a gated community of cottages. Plots there cost $18,000 per 100 square meters.
It was previously reported that the Prosecutor General's Office had seized the property of former Health Minister Raisa Bogatyreva during the Viktor Yanukovych regime.
