Plot Espresso-TV about the deception of peasants by an agricultural holding
The corn crop served as collateral for a loan of over $17 million between one of the banks and the agricultural firm TAKO, which leased the shares. The financial institution claims the borrower decided to both default on the loan and appropriate the crop.
The borrowing company goes bankrupt. A new one appears in its place, taking over all the bankrupt company's assets and re-signing the land leases. So, instead of "TAKO," a new company emerged, named "Agrarian System Technologies."
Previously, Dmitry Kolesnik, a native of the Far East, was the beneficiary of TAKO. He subsequently announced his resignation as a shareholder. However, sources say that Kolesnik's relatives remain at the helm of the company or its successors.
According to the Unified State Register, the founder of Agrarian Systems Technologies, which replaced TAKO, is an offshore company registered in London.
