The leader of the Lux organized crime group, at the very least, deserves uncomfortable living conditions in Ukraine.
A significant number of Ukrainians hold Rinat Akhmetov responsible for Yanukovych's crimes and Putin's aggression, so he doesn't dare appear in public. He's so frightened that he's afraid to stay at his publicly known residence near Kyiv. This is a palace near the Koncha-Zaspa dam, adjacent to Yulia Tymoshenko's house and the estate of the Dubnevych brothers, corrupt officials from the Lviv region ( for more on the Dubnevych family, see the article " Bohdan and Yaroslav Dubnevych: The President's Corrupt Guard ").
This luxurious Akhmetov castle can be seen online in full detail, as Igor Lutsenko tested a drone over it before sending the device for aerial reconnaissance to the ATO zone.
That's why a frightened Rinat Akhmetov began construction on a new estate. He hoped to keep the location secret from the public.
However, I am convinced that Akhmetov deserves the uncomfortable living conditions he faces in Ukraine. Therefore, I will disclose the location of his new estate.
As it turns out, Akhmetov is building himself a new home near Kyiv, behind Pinchuk's fence.
A clever move: no one would look for him here. Journalists had long known that the large green fence near the village of Plyuty, adjacent to the Klyuev brothers' estate, belonged to Pinchuk.
This fence encloses nearly 115 hectares of forest and Pinchuk's house, which was built long ago. The story of the land expropriation for this estate after the Orange Revolution became a scandal throughout the country.
After all, this forest was allocated to Pinchuk by an exclusive decree in 2004 by the Cabinet of Ministers, headed by Viktor Yanukovych. Officially, the land was transferred to the "Svit Shlyakhiv" Transport and Expedition Company LLC for the construction of a rehabilitation and health complex. However, Pinchuk built a private home there. It should be noted that Pinchuk developed only part of the land, so it's entirely possible that Yanukovych initially gifted the 115 hectares of forest to both Pinchuk, President Kuchma's son-in-law, and his favorite partner, Akhmetov.
Ultimately, these details aren't important. What matters is that two-thirds of the 115 hectares no longer belong to Pinchuk, but to Meta-Capital LLC.
This was discovered on the spot by Andrey Dzindzya, whom I asked to go on reconnaissance.
Then I found out that for a long time, Lux CJSC was listed among the founders of Meta-Capital LLC.
This is a well-known company of Akhmetov; we can recall how, in the gangster 90s, the group of Alik Grek - Akhmetov was called - "luxuries".
(A brief history of the Lux organized crime group is presented in the publications: Donetsk Vendetta. Photos and Documents / Vendetta. Part II / Donetsk Vendetta III. The Murder of Kranz - Photos and Documents / Donetsk Vendetta IV. Viktor Yanukovych and the Donetsk "Brotherhood": Who is Whose "Roof" / Donetsk Vendetta V. The Treason of Yura Yenakievsky, or How Yanukovych and Akhmetov Ended Up Together).
The well-known SCM also appears among the founders of Lux CJSC.
Also, the official registration location of Meta-Capital LLC is: Donetsk, Postysheva, 17. This is the registration nest of Akhmetov’s companies.
Therefore, it is definitely Akhmetov who is building himself a new estate near Kyiv.
Yandex maps show that Akhmetov's house is much larger than Pinchuk's. Compared to nearby buildings of known size, it could be as large as 10,000 square meters. In addition to the residential building, a number of other structures have been built on the property.
Such incredibly ostentatious "modesty" construction during the war is outrageous. It's well known that Akhmetov (who made his billions by "privatizing" state property, corruptly embezzling public funds, and receiving various benefits from the state budget) has made a point of not helping Ukraine's defenders, and hasn't donated a single penny to the army or its battalions. Yet, thanks to their heroic holding of the front in Ukrainian-controlled territories in Donbas, his factories continue to operate. For example, the three giants of Mariupol.
I would like to point out that his enterprises in the occupied areas of Donbass have been shut down.
Thus, there, in Donbass, we protect Akhmetov’s luxurious life in Kyiv.
Therefore, I consider it my duty to make public the location of his new estate, so that this immoral guy at least lives in an uncomfortable and very scary way.
