People's Front MP Tatyana Donetsk is proposing amendments to the bill concerning the filing of e-declarations. This was revealed in the published draft law amending the Law of Ukraine "On the Prevention of Corruption."
Specifically, Donetsk proposes that the e-declaration only disclose information at the time the declaration is submitted. Furthermore, the MP wants to allow declarants to omit the section on the income of their family members if they refuse to provide any information about their assets and simply indicate this reluctance in the declaration.
Donetsk also proposes not to include the value of the declarant's property in e-declarations. It also suggests not including information about co-owners of the property in the e-declaration, but rather providing this information only upon written request from the NACP.
MP Donetsk also proposes declaring only those gifts whose value exceeds 10% of income received during the reporting year.
