On August 5, following a tender, the State Enterprise "Lesa Ukrainy" ordered personnel services from Telent Advisors LLC for UAH 1,92 million.

This year, we are expected to provide search and selection services for candidates for the position of General Director of Lesy Ukrainy. Initially, we will prepare the selection documentation, which will be approved by the Supervisory Board, including the job description, competitive selection conditions, and candidate assessment matrix, for a fee of UAH 384. We will then develop and approve a list of 5-10 potential candidates with the Supervisory Board and conduct an assessment of their professional suitability, competencies, experience, and motivation, for a fee of UAH 768. We will then provide support until the selection process is complete, organizing candidate interviews with the Supervisory Board, providing recommendations on candidate selection, and consulting for a fee of UAH 768.
Services will be paid for within ten working days of their acceptance.
The more expensive competitor was Executive Search Ukraine LLC. The savings amounted to 20%.
Yuriy Bolokhovets was recently the CEO of Lesy Ukrainy. Now, Igor Zubovich, the chairman of the commission for transforming the state-owned enterprise into a joint-stock company, is fulfilling this role (see the blog "Lesy Ukrainy has become a fat pig for Zelenskyy's bad boyars").
The Kyiv-based company Telent Advisors, owned by Anna Kuzenkova and Oleksiy Komlichenko, is part of the international Odgers Berndtson group. Nadiya Gorb was also a former co-founder.
At one time, Komlichenko, together with Roman Bondar and Ruslan Gromovyuk, owned KLVR LLC, but now, under the name Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, it belongs to Telent Advisors itself.
Komlichenko chaired the commission under the Committee for Appointing Heads of Enterprises of Particular Importance to the Economy, which conducted the competitive selection process for the position of CEO of the state-owned enterprise Ukrposhta. Before founding Talent Advisors, he headed the HR department at the investment company Concorde Capital , and before that, he worked at XXI Century Investments.

Specifically, in 2022, JSC Naftogaz of Ukraine commissioned it to recruit candidates for senior management positions for UAH 9,41 million. As for its current client, Forests of Ukraine commissioned it in 2024 to recruit candidates for independent supervisory board members for UAH 1,46 million.
