Nasirov's father-in-law received another contract from the Kyiv authorities for 10 million.

On November 17, Kyivavtodor signed a contract with Boren-A LLC following a tender. Under the contract, the company was contracted to carry out major repairs to the road and retaining wall along Cherkaska Street for a total of 10 million hryvnias, according to Nashi Groshi, citing the State Procurement Bulletin.

By the end of 2016, the half-kilometer street will have its asphalt and sidewalks replaced, its sewers cleared, and its lighting, communications cables, and road signs replaced.

It is known that Boren-A is owned by the Cypriot company Pars Holdings Limited, as well as by Lviv resident Pavlo Kopeikin and Chernihiv resident Pavlo Maidannikov. The company is also part of Altis Holding, which is controlled by the father-in-law of the current head of the State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov. Alexander Glimbovsky.

Boren-A LLC won its first tender, but this is far from Glimbovskyi's first contract with city services. Altis-Holding is one of the largest contractors for government agencies and already has orders worth over one billion hryvnias. Meanwhile, Boren-A is currently facing a case for underreporting profits to minimize taxes by 2,17 million hryvnias. The court has now granted investigators access to the company's documents, including banking records.

Boren-A LLC's competitors in the tender were Ternopil Mostobud and SK Avtostroy LLC, but in the end, only the former remained. The owners of Ternopil Mostobud include, among others, Yuriy Lvovich and his son, Vladimir. The latter, interestingly, represented Boren-A in the Commercial Court.
