Between 5 and 15% of people's deputies have fake diplomas, the government officials said. Scandals about them came to light in the high-Posad state. And one nuance: if you are a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, the document about the search for the consecration of your mother is not obligatory. And if you want to be an official, your visibility is a necessary consideration. That’s why it’s the city’s planters themselves who are most often “scorched” with a detailed diploma.

10th place - Roman Zvarich
The ranking is topped by one of the closest associates of ex-President Viktor Yushchenko - Roman Zvarich. A huge graduation scandal has just erupted immediately after the Orange Revolution. What is the power and development of the accuracy of these documents. As it turned out, in 2005, Drahomanov University hired Kaskiv as a student. However, three months after I entered, without losing the “bachelor” level, according to the instructions of the university, Kaskiv was transferred to a “specialist”. And in two more months, the students will be awarded with a “specialist” diploma and a large initial mortgage will be completed. Kaskiv was unable to explain how he lost his diploma in 5 months.
6th place - Natalia Korolevska
The sixth position in the rating is Natalia Korolevska. Law enforcement agencies became involved in the so-called “Osvita” for almost three reasons. Then the authorized police obtained materials, which indicate that at that time the Minister of Social Policy was using “fake” documents. The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs verified two facts: a detailed academic qualification and a diploma in education.
Evidence indicates that the Royalty has never studied at the International Institute of Management, Business and Law. This document was transferred to another course at the Volodymyr Dahl University. However, as the investigation established, the institute did not have a license for lighting activities. This was confirmed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. 5th place - Mykola Rudkovsky
