2. Mikola Martinenko
His nickname is already known to the rich. Mykola Martinenko is a deputy of the “People's Front”, and his schemes and activities are carried out at the Odessky Port Plant, Energoatom, NJSC Naftogazi of Ukraine and the similar State Land Loan Plant.
They have talked about corruption in these companies more than once. Under the most modest measures, the cost of unfinished funds in these powerful companies is close to 700 million dollars.
As it became clear from materials published in the information about Martinenko’s swag, the decline in supplies of equipment at nuclear power plants became close to 20%.
In addition, it became clear that the Swiss prosecutor's office has been investigating him for theft of money for the past two years. Through the scandal, Martinenko gained parliamentary promotions
3. Igor Kolomoisky
Perhaps one of the most famous and odious oligarchs in Ukraine. During the rest of the hour, the Kolomoisky conflict with Petro Poroshenko supported the founding of the political party “UKROP”, which was directly linked to it and began to actively appear in the media, explaining its position.
According to the words of Odessa Governor Mikheil Saakashvili, through “PrivatBank”, “Ukrnafta”, “Ukrtransnafta” and unpaid taxes to the budget of the region, only Kolomoisky’s structures were withdrawn from the region, for various reasons, including 1,5 to 2 billion dollars.
4. Dmytro Firtash
Staying outside the border, Dmytro Firtash may inject himself into Ukrainian politics. He is the leader of the TV channel “Inter” and factories of chemical waste and other businesses.
For the first time, the journalists supported, through the Zaporizhia Titanium-Magnesium Plant, Sumikhimprom, titanium and chemical assets, which belong to Firtash, the country spends up to 500 million dollars.
5. Andriy Ivanchuk
Ivanchuk is a deputy from the Popular Front faction, and was one of the first to kidnap Arseniy Yatsenyuk from People’s Deputy Barney. Why is it that Ivanchuk wants to demonstrate his allegiance to Yatsenyuk?
Ivanchuk is called the gray cardinal of the “Popular Front”; during an interview in the program “Liby Coast with Sonya Koshkina”, Ivanchuk had a unique experience in the country and felt his fate in corruption schemes.
This is due to the influx into the Ukrspirt enterprise, due to which Ukraine is missing nearly 300 million dollars from the state budget of the region.
6. David Zhvaniya
David Zhvaniya was one of those who voted for the “dictatorial laws of the 16th century.” In 2014, in Odessa region, Vin was the main contender for the parliamentary mandate from the “Petro Poroshenko Bloc”, but with difficulty in choosing the program.
The political behavior of David Zhvania in Ukraine is called “tushuvannyam”. Also in 2010, the list of “Our Ukraine” and “Party of Regions” was changed.
Zhvania’s power includes Bentley Armada, Mercedes-320, Mercedes-500 cars. And the members of your family have a Jaguar, a BMW 23, a Mercedes 320 and a Porsche 911.

Serhiy Leshchenko also reported that Avakov’s team transferred 40 million dollars from Ukraine to Panama through Oschadbank, which is currently the name of Andriy Pishny, a comrade in the NF.
8. Boris Lozhkin
Head of the Presidential Administration Boris Lozhkin, having become a criminal figure in Austria, is based on dubious transfers of large sums from the 4th fall of the year 2013. On this day, a transfer was made in the amount of 130 million dollars from a bank account in Latvia.
This amount of pennies from offshore to offshore went through a rakhunok in Austria. The scam is about the re-registration of power over Lozhkin’s media empire UMH, which was sold to “Yanukovych’s gambler,” Serhiy Kurchenko.
The materials show a hidden amount of 314 million dollars, which was paid by Kurchenko for the assets of Lozhkin and his partners.
In the search for information, Lozhkin is the one who betrayed Yanukovych’s friend Yuriy Ivanyushchenko from the Prosecutor General’s Office.
9. Igor Kononenko
There is a lot to be said about this “gray cardinal” of the “BPP” faction, who can be linked to Mikola Martinenko, as they are likely to double-check from the largest Ukrainian enterprises. However, there is no direct evidence of this.
Recently, the head of the SBU, Valentin Nalyvaichenko, spoke about Kononenko’s scheme, in which money was transferred from Ukraine through offshore companies.
Nalyvaichenko added that based on the results of an investigation by the FBI and the department to combat money laundering in Latvia on offshore companies, there may be a direct link to the intercessor of the head of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction at the Verkhovna For the sake of Igor Kononenko.
10. Yuri Nedashkovsky
The head of the Energoatom government has been reunited several times and returned to this position.
To strengthen their position in the nuclear war, businessmen followed the standard scenario - they delegated their representative to the most important government. In 2000, such a scheme was supported by the state monopoly Energoatom, which is maintained by all Ukrainian nuclear power plants, and was first supported by the director of the Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant, Yuriy Nedashkovsky.
Nedashkovsky’s legacy was still part of the state-owned company - in 2005, when the Ukrainian government was formed from members of “Our Ukraine” and BYuT, and in 2008, when Yulia Tymoshenko suddenly became Prime Minister. Nedashkovsky began to work on the planting of the ceramics plant for Energoatom, and after Viktor Yanukovych came to power, the plantings were released in 2012.
And on September 20, 2012, the Cabinet of Ministers ordered the imprisonment of the President of Energoatom “in connection with the illegal contract.” On the 5th of February 2014 I greet the President of Energoatom.
The external head of the State Federal Inspectorate, Mikola Gordienko, after carrying out the inspection, stated that corruption charges amounting to 2,5 billion hryvnia were discovered at Energoatom.
To confirm the documents given by the head of the State Financial Inspectorate, Mikola Gordienko, to the deputies of parliament.
Gordienko also stated that the people’s deputy from the Popular Front faction, Mykola Martinenko, is “watching” Energoatom.
11. Oleksandr Sorokin
Oleksandr Sorokin is the general director of the Skhidny Girnicho-Subsoil Plant. The similar GZK is the only enterprise in Ukraine that produces the production and processing of uranium ore, which is responsible for meeting the needs of the Ukrainian nuclear industry in natural uranium.
On the cob, the SBU recorded facts of systemic failures during the purchase of uranium concentrate for the needs of nuclear waste.
As it turned out in 2014, the plant’s kerivnitsa purchased uranium concentrate from a commercial structure specially created by them outside the border. As a result, the concentrate was purchased from a foreign supplier at a price of 90 dollars per 1 kilogram. At the same time, the official documentation for the plant indicated a different price - 138 dollars.
The contract for the Ukrainian company was worth 28 million dollars. The SBU estimated the sum of the state's riches at 10 million. These pennies were transferred to the shells of controlled fictitious enterprises. Based on information from Ukrayinska Pravda, the SBU is continuing its investigation.
12. Arseniy Yatsenyuk
Mikhailo Saakashvili appreciates that the Ukrainian budget is missing 5 billion dollars. All this money has accumulated through the appetites of corrupt officials and government officials of state-owned companies, government purchases and capital investments in such companies as “Ukrzaliznytsia”, “Ukraerorukh”, “MA Boryspil”, “Administration of Seaports of Ukraine”, “Commercial Ports”, “Ukrposhta”, “Ukravtodor” - one can say with success that without a backbone all the schemes at these enterprises could not exist vtileni.
