Just as the law enforcement of Ukraine is one tragedy for all, then the murder of an eternally innocent person is one universal tragedy taken at face value. As the old and proven head of the prison, in today's colony, said to me: “It would be better if these pre-dvichniks were immediately shot. The stinks would be less painful. Those who are at risk for the rest of their lives will understand that it will only be okay if the important prison doors close behind you.”
My mother’s name, for the sake of everyday life, is Klava. We met with her in the reception room of People's Deputy Grigory Nemiria. Mrs. Claudia came to ask for her son, and I came for my orphan daughter.
“They haven’t let out a friend yet,” Klavdia says bitterly. “I’ve been fighting for my Igor for seventeen years now—hopelessly.”
Twenty-five years old Kiyan Igor Vovkodav was convicted on his maiden day by the Kiev Municipal Court on September 18, 2000. Two of his accomplices sat with him at the same time - they are also called Igors. All three boys are friends and godfathers. Well, two Igors sat down immediately after the trial, and the third, Mr. L., already nine years later. All the troubles of Pan L. were unsuccessfully detected by the police, even though the boy was not caught. Such a “stroll” of the person involved is not just an outburst. This is an important detail for understanding the “picture” of the prosecutor’s office and the courts of the daughter’s share – “Bidnaya Liza”.
But in order. I can probably put myself to work, but I won’t take on the article about my daughter-in-law, since I don’t have access to criminal records. Today, this is not a problem, the lawyer took the camera, went to the archives of the court, removed the permit and “transferred” the volumes to a flash drive. Apparently, fathers of the daughter-in-law, get a new copy of the son’s criminal report. Fortunately, the Donok-dovichniks didn’t get caught. So, from the fathers of the condemned person, they can get to the journalist. Lawyers rarely take on a daughter’s right of attorney. The other one on the right is a journalist who conducts criminal investigations. If it’s falsified on the right, it’s called “staged” - it’s a klondike of compromising evidence for a journalist. In these volumes you can find incriminating evidence on everyone - prosecutors, judges, court experts and ... private lawyers. Bulo bazhannya.
Then, if you twisted Vovkodav on the right, turn it, and huddled behind your head. Because my hair was getting so thin, I needed a new comb. Zhah. Zhah. Zhah. I have never seen such prosecutorial-judicial lawlessness. I wish, all sorts of things happened. For example, on the right is a brother-in-law, Kiyanian Oleksandr R., who has been in prison for 15 years. On the right, the Qia is “untwisted” by the Zahisniks. So, the investigators of the prosecutor's office of the Kiev region managed to cut off the heads of the victims, rightly saying “not those sheepskins.”
Oleksandr’s fathers carried out an independent examination and... the bodies of those who died for the materials were actually not lost at all. In such situations, experts say: “don’t go on the road,” and even the lines of the heads from the body may mirror the same. At the same time, there are no such coincidences, but “truthful” demonstrations, defeating the consequences of the death of the condemned, guessing the film of the victims, where the blood flows in rivers, hitting the heads of the wives with juicers, and slashing the victims with knives dozens of times. So, in one of the unknown victims of Oleksandr R., there were 44 knife cuts on the blouse, as if the corpse of a woman had been retracted. There are no traces of the small bruise. Before that, the blouse on the corpse was pulled up, the seams burned out. This is all the same - independent experts have revealed. And, not for the sake of it, they said - the cause of death for all four victims, most likely suffocation with a pillow, or drowning, and even the long-term wear on the bodies of the victims, according to R., is simply not there. Which does not at all correspond to the materials of the police. Even the investigators investigated the government’s execution, after which Oleksandr R. and his accomplices chopped people into cabbage, for which they cut them off forever.
Before the speech, from the right hand of Gongadze, “don’t go ahead,” it was not without reason that Georgiy’s mother was inspired to find out from “Tarashansky” the body of her son. Law enforcement officers had a chance to seize George after his mother’s death. So the general of the police, Oleksiy P., who became the “Badnaya Liza”, is the same as Oleksandr R. Do not read the court examinations in the case of the “Badnaya Liza”. It’s important to make a statement here, and Femida’s eyes are tied to that.
And take Oleksandr O.’s daughter-in-law, and Oleksandr R.’s sleeping cellmate, who has been in prison for more than 15 years. In my opinion, not all speech evidence was sent for examination. The daughter's foot size is forty, the owner of the apartment who was previously occupied by him is no more than forty-one, and for a long time the clear crooked foot size of a man is about forty-four to forty-five in size. The investigators “I’m afraid” didn’t identify the ruler of whom, they simply didn’t send him for examination.
Come on, people, fight. With such a scale of falsification of records by law enforcement officers, you can leave the house and not go to the metro - you will end up in jail forever.
On the right is Oleksandr R. and on the right is Vovkodav. The cynicism of law enforcement officers is even more striking. Three Igors were imprisoned just before for breaking into Vlasnik’s apartment near Kiev. In the capital, the business of “black” realtors has flourished in the nineties. People, most of whom were single, were driven in, either to rent or resell their apartments. The apartment catering apparently catered to the Radyan people. But even more, the 90s reached school age without work or pennies. From Igor, I got some water from my dear guy, a realtor. The boy had a daughter, and he needed money to rent an apartment, because the young woman from Igor’s mother did not want to live in the same apartment. Igor's uncle Boris D., now deceased, is also accused in justice. Having taken six fates from prison and ... the people were released from the courtroom. Judge Lyaskovskaya decided to grant amnesty until the next day. It’s amazing that despite the generosity of the soul, the court also granted amnesty to three more defendants. And the prosecutors also granted amnesty against three defendants. In a surprising escape, all six were amnestied and were realtors. Then they sat down... three Igors, who were the waters of the realtors. The boys didn’t sign any documents and didn’t sell the apartments. Moreover, those apartments that the boys lived in forever were never sold. Zhoden and the three Igors were not very well informed and did not understand the legal intricacies of the registration of inviolability. The boys spent money on bread, turning the wheel. And it is a little tragic to be careless in contacting black realtors.
The court convicted Igor in two episodes. During the first episode, the boys killed Mr. L., after another, Mr. B. Ale, after an examination carried out by an independent judicial expert, two fates later, the remains of the late Mr. B. were not investigated by the court. For the examination, which was carried out twice - at the pre-trial investigation and at the trial - the investigator of the Kiev prosecutor's office Igor B. put on two different skulls, which obviously could not belong to the same person.
After the first episode, Mr. L. died, and Roman P. beat him with his guilt and did not feel it. I immediately recognized it. Having given truthful demonstrations, speaking from the very same Pan L, who walked free for so long, got caught drunk behind the kerm of his car. The car was fined by Maidanchik and Pan L. forfeited Roman P. a thousand dollars. Having asked what to give the borg, if the realtor, what kind of wines he carries in the car, sell the apartment of the downtrodden one. Roman P. was mad at the dead man, because she didn’t want to leave the apartment, and there was no money to pay the fine. And also Roman. being a drug addict and suffering penniless because he wanted to shoot up. He strangled the unfortunate lord of the apartment, when Igor ordered his uncle to visit L. for the search, he lived in the capital's apartment. Moreover, this article “made it” with Igor to the court and to the accused. Vovkodav was not accused of murder. And then... buv virok.
And so, in fact, the dog was flogged. Among these six amnestied black realtors, there was such a person as Mr. Sh. At the time of the beginning of the investigation, he was in trouble, because he was suspected of apartment swindle. After the persecution of Mr. Sh., at his shows I based a virok for three Igors. During the pre-trial investigation, Mr. Sh. signed a document not to leave. At the trial of Mr. Sh. there were no supplements - as at the other court, the meeting was granted an amnesty until Mr. Sh. and literally walked out of the courtroom. On the right opposite, Mr. Sh. was seen in the vicinity of the transaction by another black realtor and was not investigated at the trial. According to the words of Igor Vovkodav, Sh. had papers for several apartments in the capital. Pratsyuvav at the same time with this “special, against some kind of openly provadzheniya” and like a failure to the court. What happened to the apartments was visible only to investigators and, perhaps, judges. Ale, no doubt, it was good and the road in the capital was unruffled. Why else, if not for his own apartment interests, did the investigator Igor B. try to falsify the examination, and if he “forgot” to get the certificates that showed the previously murdered Mr. B. alive after his “deaths” according to investigators. And how judge Lyaskovska “tried”! It’s just amazing. Not only did she release under amnesty from the courtroom those black realtors who lost their rights after the “objective” investigation, the jealous servant of Femidi sank to extreme falsification of the virus. Vovkodava was sued as the organizer of a malicious group, moreover, for “dividing pennies for the sale of an apartment.” So what was the money worth if the apartments weren’t sold?
In the case of Virok Vovkodav, the same shahraist was assigned to the apartment of Mrs. D., who was a friend of the third Igor, and so that without giving evidence at the trial, they “organized” a long walk for me.
Recently, Igor’s new, young and inveterate lawyer, Oleksandr P., from Mrs. D. Vona told the lawyer that he had asked her two for the first time about the garage that she sold through the third Igor, but he did not give her pennies. Another time, investigators arrived at her door 9 minutes later and asked the court not to say anything about that garage, because other people, and not the third Igor, would sit for him. She doesn’t know the two Igors who lived in her apartment for a long time, and the apartment was never sold to anyone. He's still procrastinating at that apartment.
During the pre-trial investigation of Igorov’s Opel and Lada, the police took his father to the penalty area. The opera drove around in these cars locally, and after a while the cars were no longer sold and became the power of the police.
So, having been in the middle of nowhere for a long time, three Igors stumbled. Roman P. is a drug addict and a killer, having lost 14 years of life and has already been released.
Let's not be naive, the information of the black realtors was revealed to the court not through their own eyes or deceitful displays. The price of freedom for black realtors is the capital's innocence compared to the philistines. Not the one to be jailed for, but those apartments that are being sold on the black market quietly, without a voice. And their great rulers disappear without a trace. and inviolability becomes the power of prosecutors and judges. Tsikavo, Mr. B’s apartment was sold for what it was worth. Only much later, after the trial of Igor Vovkodav. The seller of the apartment was a lawyer and representative of Sir B. at the trial of Igor. It seems that the unfortunate son of the not-dead Sir B. disappeared after the sale of the apartment. No matter what.
P.S. In the days of the Verkhovna Rada there will be a look at the seemingly figurative “law about daughter-in-law.” The three Igors deny the right to review the case in court. Let's take heart. This is the law for the time being. The power of Ukraine, having taken away the right to review the certificates of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from convicts as a result of the black judicial reform of 2010, has grossly violated the European Convention on Human Rights. It's time to make amends.
