What a rabble is trying to get elected to parliament right now. Besides the well-known scoundrels like Oles Dovhyi and Pilipishin, there are also those more covert. They can quickly change their colors, like a chameleon. They can even work for the Yanukovych regime under the guise of opposition MPs, and after his fall, without batting an eye, present themselves as ideological Maidan supporters. This is MP Iryna Kupreychyk.
Iryna Valerievna entered parliament under the banner of the Batkivshchyna party (although local Batkivshchyna party members rejected her, a protégé of the Front for Change). Even then, many were surprised by the candidate's exceptional hypocrisy, stating that her monthly income was only 6 hryvnias. This despite the fact that Kharkiv resident Kupreychik is the owner of the very wealthy company Niva-Agrotekh LLC. Nevertheless, Kupreychik entered parliament and became the chair of the subcommittee on criminal procedure legislation in Kivalov's committee on the "rule of law."
Here's what they wrote about the activities of MP Kupreychik a year ago:
"Akhtyrka voters voted not so much for Kupreichik as against the unloved government and for their beloved Yulia Tymoshenko—Iryna Valerievna ran for Batkivshchyna (although the local party organization disowned her, a Front of Change candidate). And now people are wondering who has become their representative in parliament. Just look at the online forums of Akhtyrka, Lebedyn, and other towns in the district. The most common question is: "Does anyone know anything about Iryna Kupreichik?" And the question of her campaign's funding sources is also quite intriguing.
It certainly wasn't the Front for Change, of which she is a member. Arseniy Yatsenyuk's party had a clear principle during the elections: majoritarian deputies pay their own way. And many also contribute to the party's fund.
Regarding Iryna Kupreychyk, a theory has surfaced on Sumy region websites (link to the first article) that her campaign was financed by... Grigory Dashutin himself. The condition was that she "surrender" the district to him. But political propriety would be maintained—they claimed there was a competitive democratic struggle. There's just one inconsistency: as one local politician put it, "In Sumy region, under the brand of Yulia Volodymyrivna, even a monkey would have marched to the city."
Despite this somewhat extravagant theory, it's plausible. However, local political analysts are considering another possibility. It was prompted by the following lines on the well-known website "Versii" (https://versii.com/news/267302/): "Rumor has it that Irina Kupreichik, although she spent incomparably less than her competitor, is not as simple a figure as she appears at first glance. In grain trading circles, she is known as the 'queen of rapeseed' and is associated with prominent figures in the food market."
It's widely known that the main lobbyist for expanding rapeseed cultivation, a controversial crop that yields considerable profits but severely depletes the soil, is Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk himself. He championed this idea even while in opposition and chairing the Verkhovna Rada's agricultural committee. For the powerful agricultural producer lobby, the money for Kupreychyk's campaign is a mere pittance. And Prysyazhnyuk has another stake in this story, as he is also a leader of the Party of Regions.
Does the government really control Iryna Kupreychik through either Dashutin or Prisyazhnyuk? There's no direct evidence of this. But one small legislative anomaly, completely unnoticed by the media, is quite revealing.
Irina Kupreichik has prepared and submitted her first bill to the Verkhovna Rada, and it's quite a good one at that. She proposed a legislative ban on exemptions from court fees granted by court order. This would significantly reduce the burden on the courts and cut off opportunities for many powerful individuals to corruptly influence the legal process.
There's just one problem: as the Verkhovna Rada website (https://w1.c1.rada.gov.ua/pls/zweb_n/webproc4_1?id=&pf3511=45303) indicates, on January 21, the bill, which was inconvenient for the authorities and oligarchs, was withdrawn from consideration. Only the author could have done that…
All the more reason for voters in District 162 to closely monitor both Ms. Kupreichik's words and actions. Especially since the affair with the "Tushkas," father and son Tabalov, has seriously undermined many people's trust in the Front of Changes candidates.
And there's more. While serving on Kivalov's committee, it was Kupreichik who legalized the dictatorial laws of January 16. Let's take a closer look at this shameful story.
The history of the adoption of dictatorial laws 16 today
On September 16, 2014, within the walls of the Supreme Court, voting for dictatorial laws took place. Their dictatorial essence did not raise doubts either in the Ukrainians or in the international community - the European Parliament, both chambers of the Congress of Power, the absolute majority of the leaders of the countries of the world.
Even their acceptance was provoked by the crooked confrontation on Grushevsky Street. Through them, people were killed and maimed, and protests against the dictatorship erupted in Ukraine. Through these actions, dozens of atrocities were committed against humanity, which may be investigated and punished. Through them, hundreds of civil activists were detained and arrested.
And whose “steamy” vote in the parliamentary hall was reflected by their praise on June 15, 2014 at the meeting of the Committee for the Rule of Law and Justice under the head of the famous “fuck up” Kivlov.
These bills might not have been passed before the session hall due to the fact that the Secretary of the Committee Petrenko P.D. not condoning this outrage, leaving the meeting of the Committee and willing to sign the minutes of the meeting to the Committee.
However, the resignation of the Secretary of the Committee kindly (or for any other motives or dividends) was met by the head of the Subcommittee from the power of criminal procedural legislation I.V. Kupreichik, as well as I signed this protocol together with Kivalov (it’s clear).

Funny, isn't it? The man who "blessed" dictatorial laws during the Maidan's darkest hour, instead of "self-justifying," wants to get back into parliament. Although, in reality, he deserves nothing more than to end up in the trash bin.
