70-year-old Maria Suprunova, the mother-in-law of Constitutional Court Judge Oleh Sergeychuk, owns 0,46 hectares of land in the village of Tarasovka near Kyiv, according to Nashi Groshi.
In total, four plots of 0,12 hectares each are at issue. They are located within the Starobezradichivsky Village Council of the Obukhovsky District. A residential building with a swimming pool and outbuildings is located on this property, but information about the building's owners is unknown.
Interestingly, the judge's 2014 declaration does not list his mother-in-law as a family member, meaning there is no information about her assets. It's worth noting that the plots are listed as intended for gardening.
Judge Serhiychuk's declaration listed an income of 364 hryvnias, along with 71 hryvnias of family income. The document also lists a rental apartment of 105 square meters. Family members listed apartments of 60, 69, and 59 square meters, as well as a 2012 Volkswagen Amarok pickup truck purchased on credit.
Interestingly, the land belonging to Suprunova borders a plot of land that, according to documents, belongs to Eva Soroka, the mother of Supreme Administrative Court judge Mykola Soroka. This judge was previously implicated in a scandal involving the privatization of over 14 hectares of land in Tarasovka. Soroka was one of those who received the land.
