A court of appeal has revoked the right to use land in the Bug Estuary from oligarch Firtash's company, Nika-Tera Seaport LLC. This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv region prosecutor's office.
It is known that the Odesa Administrative Court of Appeal overturned the decision of the Mykolaiv City Council, which had leased a plot of land to Firtash's company. The 79-hectare land, valued at UAH 219 million, is the bottom surface of the Bug Estuary in Mykolaiv Oblast. The prosecutor's office noted that the Mykolaiv City Council had no right to lease this plot of land, as only the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine can do so.
The Mykolaiv Administrative Court dismissed the claim. Prosecutors then appealed the decision to the appellate court.
Let us recall that the company Seaport "Nika-Tera" belongs to the structures of Dmitry Firtash.
