State Fiscal Service Chairman Roman Nasirov has been found to own another undeclared apartment in London, according to Nashi Groshi, citing an extract from the British Property Register.

Nasirov's apartment, No. 22, is located on Lennox Road in the Islington Borough of North London. Its current value is reportedly approximately £240. Mr. Nasirov owns the property under a leasehold, which translates to "long-term lease." Such leases in the UK are typically for terms of 40 to 125 years. The extract also indicates that the head of the State Fiscal Service signed the lease in 2005 and paid for it with approximately £120 in loans from HSBC Bank PLC.

Nasirov's biography states that at the time he signed the long-term lease, he owned his own business in London and worked for private international companies. In 2005, he also founded Nasirov LLP with his father. The company's contact address is the Lennox Road apartment. Although the company was officially liquidated in 2009, Google Maps still shows Nasirov LLP as Lennox Road, London.

In addition, the above-mentioned apartment is listed in the documents for the acquisition of other real estate by Nasirov: which was reported in September 2015 Nasirov's suspended deputy, Konstantin Likarchuk, reported.

By failing to include this property in his income tax return, Mr. Nasirov violated filing requirements, as he failed to provide information on all of his assets "owned or leased." His 2014 income tax return contains dashes in the relevant section.
