The Dniprovsky District Court of the capital has seized Ivan Guta's corporate rights in the companies Karidan, Agrarna Gorodnytsia, and NPO Dovira. This was reported by the publication Liga.net.
In particular, it is reported that the seizure of Guta's corporate rights in the Karidan company was imposed due to embezzlement and misappropriation of someone else's property.
Criminal case materials indicate that on the day Mriya, agroholding controlled by the Guta family, defaulted, equipment worth a total of 286 million hryvnias was transferred from its balance sheet to Delivery Trade. Later, the same company received another 136 million hryvnias as payment for services. The company was then renamed Koleksi and re-registered at a different address.
The Dniprovsky District Court of the capital made a similar decision to seize corporate rights as part of the investigation of the same criminal case in relation to two more companies: Dovir and Agrarna Gorodnytsia (both registered in the Ternopil region).
Additionally, the court seized the personal property of Ivan and Klavdiya Guta and the former technical director of the Mriya agricultural holding, Ruslan Babinchuk.
