MP Natalia Novak will seek court approval from the Kyiv City State Administration and Kyiv Mayor Klitschko for development in the capital's Poshtova Square. The MP wrote this on her Facebook page.

Novak reports that the Kyiv authorities are unwilling to provide her with a package of documents related to the development of Poshtova Square in Kyiv. The Kyiv City State Administration claims that access to the information is restricted to Hensford-Ukraine LLC, as it is a commercial secret.

The deputy notes that the tender for the development was officially held, and therefore information about the investment agreement's compliance with the tender conditions should be publicly available. The public should know how much money was spent on the square's reconstruction in accordance with the contract and what work was carried out.

Novak writes: “Do we really have to go to court to get information?”
