Sold officially decided to report the price of vugille from PAR through “confidentiality”

DPZD "Ukrinterenergo" has laid down the issue of supplying coal from the African Republic on the issue of confidentiality in relation to the price of the product. Please check the status of the agreement and publications in the Bulletin of Sovereign Procurement.

Up to 1 million metric tons of vugille were harvested. The agreement was signed on the 19th Serpent of Doom. The owner was the London-based company Steel Mont Trading Ltd.
It is said that the price of the contract and the price per unit of the product and confidential information are consistent with the agreement. Vugill brands are also not publicized. The contract lasts until February 28, 2015.

At his own expense, the head of the Independent Professional Assembly of Ukraine, Mikhailo Volinets, discovered that the price of African vougill can be reduced by $20 dollars due to its low calorific value.
After this, the Minister Sold, stating that the price would become $86 without handling delivery and revaluation. With whom the minister said that the property of the vugilla is not fixed for all contracted obligations, and will be formed as a result.
The need to import vignette coal has arisen through the process of extracting anthracite grades of vignette from the ATO zone. According to the words Sold, through the design of boilers at power plants, it is impossible to replace vugilla with firewood of other brands, which are available in Ukraine and neighboring Poland.
As the press service of Ukrinterenergo informs, the first shipments of vugille from the African Republic began arriving at the Illychiv port on the 22nd.
It is also clear that Zmiivska TES has already taken part of the imported vugill. It is unknown who has carried out the transportation, and even the tender for this work has not yet been completed.
On November 3, Ukrinterenergo announced the purchase of transport and forwarding services for 1 million tons of imported vugill (approximately 250 thousand tons of vugill per month). The amount of service earned is UAH 357 million.
The price includes services that are provided in the ports (vandal services, transportation, etc.), additional services from roadside transportation, transported cargo by salvage transport to the salvage station of the final vanator, preserving value in the port's warehouse areas.
The tender for this work had already been announced in the spring, but was then scrapped, and only one proposal was submitted to MTA Service LTD LLC (Illichivsk, Odessa region), the founders of which are Oleksandr and Ganna Mikhievi. The company's proposal accumulated UAH 423,54 million, which exceeds the level of purchasing activity.
