It turns out that Ukrnafta OJSC has a large number of debtors, some of whom have already cancelled their VAT registrations. Viktoria Voitsitska, a member of parliament from the Samopomich party, wrote this on Facebook.
The amount in question is 11,6 billion hryvnias. These companies include Galnafta LLC, Garant-UTN LLC, Tekhtrade Group LLC, TD Prykarpattyanaftotrade LLC, and Kotlas LLC. Kotlas and Tekhtrade Group have had their licenses revoked, while Garant-UTN and TD Prykarpattyanaftotrade have accounts receivable of 1,328 and 2,049 billion hryvnias, respectively.
According to Voitsitska, writing off these debts will sharply increase Ukrnafta's losses, given that UAH 11,61 billion was siphoned off from the company last year. It's worth noting that last year, the company's debt to the state budget amounted to UAH 10,4 billion, and its accounts receivable amounted to UAH 18,676 billion.
At the same time, the company's head, Mark Rollins, stated that the company would pay off its debts, although he did not give an exact time frame.
