Andrey Vadatursky: Private investigators are investigating his father's death.
A private company from abroad will investigate the circumstances of the death of Oleksiy Vadatursky, the founder of one of Ukraine's largest agricultural enterprises, Nibulon, and his wife, writes EP.
About it in an interview EP was told by Vadatursky's son, the new CEO of Nibulon, Andrey Vadatursky.
It was previously reported that the Prosecutor General's Office does not excludethat the death of Alexei Vadatursky in Nikolaev from a Russian shell could have been a targeted killing.
When asked which version he adheres to, Andrey Vadatursky answered: “What I think is one thing. There should be specialists working there who can clearly explain what happened. I'm talking to those who think it was a tragic accident, and to specialists who believe he was targeted. Everyone has their arguments.
What's happening around this now? The SBU has opened a criminal case. Investigators—I also spoke with them and gave my testimony—have interviewed many people. They continue to pursue this criminal case.
I also understand that there are a lot of such cases. The main thing is that they are opened and evidence is collected. But I have not seen these cases investigated with evidence submitted to the court or convictions handed down.».
Vadatursky added that he had found a private company from abroad that would investigate the death of his parents.
«I've found a company that will conduct the investigation. It's a private company with experience in such investigations, and they have specialists from abroad. I want to know the truth, firstly, for myself and my family, and secondly, depending on the findings of this investigation, I'll decide what to do next.
If this is a premeditated murder, any kind, I will think about how to punish those involved. It's a matter of honor. Many have written that my parents are dead or even perished. They were murdered—those are the exact words."," he said.
Recall:
As a result of shelling of Nikolaev by Russian occupiers on July 31, the founder and permanent CEO of one of Ukraine's largest agricultural enterprises, Nibulon, Oleksiy Vadatursky, was killed.
Vadatursky's wife was also killed. It is known that the couple's home was hit by an enemy shell.
The Prosecutor General's Office does not rule out the possibility that the death of Ukrainian businessman Oleksiy Vadatursky in Mykolaiv, caused by a Russian shell, could have been a targeted killing—that is one of the investigators' theories.
