Yanukovych's stolen aircraft have surfaced offshore on a British island.

The former president rushed to transfer his treasure to an offshore company. Yanukovych's planes "surfaced" in British offshore jurisdictions. Yanukovych's legendary private fleet of aircraft, worth over $50 million, disappeared along with the former guarantor, according to a report on the program "Money." It turns out that the plane and helicopters disappeared not only from view but also from the Ukrainian registry, where at the beginning of the year these three aircraft were listed as belonging to the scandalous company Centravia. The notorious Centravia LLC also became notorious for land fraud in Mezhyhirya. Therefore, it is not surprising that after Yanukovych's flight, the company was expected to be shut down, if not by its owners, then by law enforcement.

After Yanukovych fled, his plane was spotted on the VIP lounge at Vnukovo Airport. According to Dengi journalists, it remains there. He has certainly visited St. Petersburg several times, but overall, he flies infrequently. Meanwhile, the former guarantor is covering his tracks at every possible cost. On June 30, the presidential Falcon changed its registration, and following the flagship, on July 18, the helicopters were also renamed. Since then, the aircraft fleet has been registered not in Ukraine, but on the British Isle of Man, a well-known offshore zone. The owner of the Ukrainian fleet is no longer the scandalous Centravia, but a fictitious company, Boutique Aviation Limited, registered in a nondescript house on the outskirts of the island's capital, Douglas. Journalists learned from the company's incorporation documents that the company was established only on April 24. It was founded by Deborah Lyn Hammond and Nicole Hewson. Both women work for a firm that coaches wealthy clients on tax evasion. Nicole Hewson, who allegedly handles Yanukovych's aircraft, and her boss, Tony Flanagan, have been embroiled in numerous scandals in the post-Soviet space. For example, in Latvia and Kazakhstan, they are implicated in criminal cases involving money laundering. Back in 2010, Nicole Hewson founded and managed Aero Holding Limited, the company that founded the well-known Ukrainian airline Centravia. Read also: Russia Refuses to Say Where Yanukovych Has Gone. It turns out that instead of freezing all of Yanukovych's assets, the United Kingdom, through London-based experts, is rescuing the former president's looted treasures. So, Yanukovych didn't sell his aircraft and helicopters due to his predicament; instead, he spent money to re-register the fleet to an offshore company, making it more difficult for law enforcement to locate and confiscate the property. As previously reported, Yanukovych and Co. stole 150 billion hryvnias from Ukraine over the course of a year.
